| As a large agricultural country,my country has a large rural population and a wide range of rural areas.Rural issues are related to my country’s social and economic development and have always attracted much attention.Since the reform and opening up,my country’s economic development has been rapidly improved,and the rural economy has also been improved.Large-scale housing construction activities have been carried out in rural areas.In addition,with the in-depth development of urban-rural integration in our country,the connection between cities and rural areas has become closer,and many emerging materials and new architectural forms have been applied to rural houses.The application of new materials and new building forms not only makes the traditional construction measures suitable for the local climate unsustainable,but also leads to poor indoor thermal environment of newly built houses.With the economic development of rural areas,the concept of production and life of rural residents has changed,and people have higher requirements for the quality of living environment.It is urgent to carry out targeted investigation and research on its indoor thermal comfort to improve the living environment.This paper takes the rural self-built houses in Fenghuang ancient town area in southern Shaanxi as the research object,finds out the influencing factors of the local indoor thermal environment through field investigation,and starts from the actual needs of residents in Fenghuang ancient town area,with the goal of optimizing the indoor thermal environment,through The software simulation quantitatively analyzes the optimization method,and summarizes the optimal design method suitable for improving the indoor thermal environment in Fenghuang Ancient Town area.The main research content of this paper is as follows:First of all,through field investigation,on-site surveying and testing of the current situation of rural self-built houses in Fenghuang Ancient Town area,to understand the current rural self-built house architectural characteristics,family population,and winter heating energy forms in Fenghuang Ancient Town area.Through the analysis of field research data,the current situation of rural self-built houses in Fenghuang Ancient Town is summarized as follows: architectural planning and layout are random,less consideration is given to building orientation,solar radiation heat gain is not fully utilized;local building layout is chaotic,and traffic flow lines are seriously interspersed,part of the functional space is seriously wasted,and the space utilization rate of the three-story building is low;compared with the local traditional houses,the maintenance structure of the newly built self-built houses is weak,and it is difficult to adapt to the local climate environment;indoor air environment.Secondly,a typical local self-built house was selected to test the indoor thermal environment in summer and winter.After sorting and analyzing the test data,according to the evaluation of indoor thermal comfort,it was concluded that in summer,the indoor thermal environment of the local self-built house is suitable,with more than 90 % of people feel comfortable;in winter,the indoor thermal environment of local self-built houses is poor,and more than 97% of people are dissatisfied with the indoor thermal environment of buildings,indicating that the indoor thermal comfort of local self-built houses in winter is less than the thermal comfort of human life.comfort requirements.Through field tests,it can be seen that the indoor thermal environment of buildings in Fenghuang Ancient Town is good in summer and poor in winter.The optimization of the local indoor thermal environment should be how to improve the indoor thermal environment in winter.Thirdly,combining the characteristics and existing problems of rural self-built houses in Fenghuang Ancient Town,an optimization strategy is proposed from two aspects of building space optimization and building maintenance structure optimization,and the typical local self-built houses with three bays and two depths are taken as the research object.Combined with Design builder simulation software,the average indoor temperature and average APMV of the main and secondary rooms of the building are used as evaluation indicators.In terms of building space optimization,it is proposed to adjust the building orientation,optimize the building plane to increase thermal buffer space,set up a blind roof,and set up high windows to increase the utilization of solar radiation heat;in terms of building maintenance structure,by simulating building exterior wall insulation,roof insulation,and ground insulation As well as the changing trend of the influence of window-to-wall ratio and window type selection on the indoor thermal environment of the building,and through the method of orthogonal test,the multi-factor and multi-level combination test is carried out on the optimization of the maintenance structure,and it is concluded that to improve the indoor temperature of the building,the APMV is the best Combination methods,and the main and secondary factors in the maintenance structure that affect the building’s indoor thermal environment are obtained through variance analysis.Finally,according to the optimization design strategy proposed in the paper,a homestead in the relocation and resettlement site of Fenghuang Ancient Town is selected as the experimental building land,combined with the optimal design strategy for scheme design,two design schemes are proposed,and the design builder software is used to simulate the average temperature and average APMV of the main and secondary rooms in the design scheme,and it is concluded that the design scheme has been effectively improved compared with the indoor temperature of the local self-built house,and the building humidity and indoor APMV meet the specification requirements.The main room in winter satisfies the thermal comfort of the human body,and the design scheme and the cost of local self-built houses are discussed in the paper,and it is found that the design scheme not only has more advantages in terms of cost,but also saves building energy consumption.Therefore,the effectiveness of the optimization design strategy in this paper is verified,and the scheme design provides a reference for the optimization of indoor thermal environment of rural self-built houses in Fenghuang Ancient Town area. |
