Research On Risk Management Of M Expressway Project In Hainan Province

In the new century,China has launched a new round of large-scale economic construction with new infrastructure construction as the main content.Among them,the expressway project has become an important component of infrastructure construction.Many expressway projects have adopted EPC project construction mode.Through project design,construction and handover,a new era expressway project EPC construction development mode has been formed,effectively promoting the formation of China’s expressway network.In the process of expressway EPC project construction,how to effectively manage and control the risks in each stage of expressway project construction,so as to realize the steady operation of expressway project construction,has become the core of promoting the healthy development and safe operation of expressway projects,and also the key point of expressway construction risk control.This paper takes M Expressway Project Risk Management in Hainan Province as the research object.Through a comprehensive analysis and research on the risk status of M Expressway Project in Hainan Province,and using the analytic hierarchy process as the research model,this paper conducts a comprehensive quantitative analysis on the engineering design risk,quality control risk,construction cost risk,schedule risk and safety risk faced by M Expressway EPC Project in Hainan Province,Five primary risk modules and25 secondary risk modules have been constructed.Under these risk modules,the risk assessment model in the construction of M expressway EPC project is generally constructed,and according to this model,the overall risk score of M expressway is 83.52 points.The main risks focus on the project quality risk and safety risk.Through this analysis,the risk positioning of M expressway EPC project construction is determined,and based on this assessment result,the risk response measures for optimizing M expressway EPC project are proposed.It is hoped that these studies can effectively promote the risk control of the project,and take this as a benchmark to promote the risk management of other expressways in China to make great progress.
