| Railway freight wagon is the important equipment of railway transportation.Realizing informatization,automation and intelligence of railway are the main task in our country’s railway development.The real-time intelligent monitoring of whole transportation process of railway freight wagon is getting more and more attentions.The work of railway transportation are carried out focusing on improving safety and transportation capacity and reducing maintenance cost.As the key component of railway freight wagon,the air braking system plays the key role in truck safe running.Due to the complex mechanical structure and harsh application environment of air braking system,the failures of braking system happen frequently.Researching and developing the online monitoring device of braking system has a broad application prospect.Thesis the online monitoring system is designed for the air brake system of the 120 type control valve of the railway freight wagon.The rail network selection,network combination design,wireless communication between rail and ground,local and remote monitoring of rails are completed.The system is composed by wagon data acquisition node,rail master control node and ground monitoring terminal.The data acquisition node is to complete the data acquisition of braking pressure and wheel temperature at brake shoe,and sends data to master control node.The master control node is to complete the receipt of data,local display and stored,data transmission.The ground monitoring terminal is to complete remote display of data and storage processing.The data acquisition node of monitoring system adopts STM32F103 series chip as the controller.It collects air pressure of braking system by using air pressure sensor and reads the wheel temperature of brake shoe by using MLX90614-DCC infrared temperature sensor to assist to evaluate braking status,and sends the truck acquisition node data in the wagon network to master control node of wagon by using Lo Ra wireless communication network.The master control node takes STM32F767 series chip as the controller.Receive and collect node data through Lo Ra module,store the data in Flash for local storage,and display the data locally on the 7-inch RGB-LCD screen.Meanwhile,the master control node is still carried with ESP-8266 modular and ATKM750 modular.The data would be sent to mobile APP by Wi-Fi,and sent to Internet cloud end by 4G modular.The system realizes train communication and vehicle-ground communication,and can collect the braking status data of freight cars in real time,perform local display and remote monitoring,and complete the local storage and cloud storage,design a complete data collection,information transmission and online monitoring scheme to ensure the safety of train operation. |
