Railway safety is the basis for the safe operation of trains.In order to ensure the safety and reliability,railways need to be overhauled every day by the public works section staff In order to ensure the safety of railway construction workers on the track operation,the train early warning and protection system is designed without stopping the departure.This system is mainly used in the bend and tunnel railway section,which is used to warn the railway protection personnel to have the train coming into the curve or tunnel in advance.Compared with the traditional method of early warning,this system not only solves the problem of the unstable signal of the tunnel and the poor communication quality,but also solves the problem of low warning efficiency and untimely warning.This thesis mainly studies the design and implementation of train early warning system,and has done the following aspects:1?According to the field investigation of Xinyang Railway Administration,the business requirements of the train warning system for tunnel and bend train are obtained.This thesis discusses the shortcomings and hidden dangers of the traditional bend tunnel early warning method,and introduces the advantages and functions of the train early warning system in detail.2?Based on the product demand,this paper summarizes the overall system framework of train early warning system,and discusses the basis of hardware selection based on field test results.3?Based on the Lora_sx1278 radio frequency module and STM32 as the MCU board,the hardware circuit board is designed,and the peripheral hardware circuit of the MCU is designed by adding the power module circuit,the trunk circuit,the SIM900A circuit,the alarm circuit around MCU peripheral hardware circuit design and so on.4?Designed STM32 software processing flow from the perspective of networking protocol.The software design process of each module is introduced in detail.
