Research On Development Strategy Of WL Information Technology Ltd

In recent years,people’s acceptance and demand for customized furniture is getting higher and higher,the industry has achieved rapid development,and the competition is becoming more and more fierce.In order to gain advantages in the competition,a large number of customized furniture manufacturing enterprises have accelerated the pace of digital,information and intelligent upgrading,hoping to achieve the purpose of cost reduction and efficiency improvement,and improve the core competitiveness of enterprises.The strong external demand has brought more development opportunities.As a high-tech company rooted in the information and intelligent construction of customized furniture industry for many years,how to make a breakthrough on the existing basis has become a problem that WL Technology Company has to face.This paper takes WL Technology Company as the research object,based on the basic knowledge of strategic theory,the development status and trend of industry informatization construction,and adopts the methods of literature analysis,system analysis and field research.Use PEST analysis,Porter’s five forces model,competitive situation matrix,EFE matrix,IFE matrix and SWOT model and other strategic analysis tools to conduct a detailed analysis of the external environment and internal conditions of WL Technology company,and through the QSPM matrix comparison,draw the conclusion that WL Technology company should choose intensive growth strategy.Make full use of good external environment and own advantages to seize the opportunity,vigorously develop the company’s business.In order to ensure the effectiveness of strategy implementation,this paper proposes that WL Technology Company should strengthen the level of corporate governance through external learning and internal training in terms of operation and management.In terms of organizational structure,we should set up strategic office and optimize organizational structure to guarantee it.In terms of human resource management,the strategy implementation is guaranteed through reasonable planning,training and equity incentive for core personnel.In terms of technology research and development,it is an important part of strategic guarantee to continue to maintain research and development advantages.In terms of funds,we should make full use of the preferential financing policies for hightech enterprises and increase investment to ensure that the strategy can be implemented quickly.
