With the rapid advancement of domestic subway construction,the safety accidents also follow.The construction of subway project involves multi-dimensional problems such as project progress,cost,quality and safety.Based on the current construction situation of difficult construction organization and complex surrounding environment,the visualization and fine management of engineering projects and the use of new technologies to improve the pre control ability of engineering projects can effectively curb the occurrence of accidents.The importance of construction management and safety risk visualization in subway engineering has played a great role in subway construction engineering in China,but its safety risk visualization level is not high,and the construction management system is not perfect.The emergence of BIM Technology can make the visual management of engineering construction possible.BIM Technology runs through the life cycle stages of engineering project design,construction,operation and management.It is an intelligent design process.At the same time,various software applied by BIM Technology can build a three-dimensional collaborative visualization platform for different disciplines in each stage of construction.However,the basic BIM model only contains basic data information such as geometry,material and volume,which is not enough to support the visual information management of the whole life cycle of the project.Therefore,in order to realize the visualization,informatization and collaborative management of subway construction and safety risks,based on the apple garden station of Beijing Metro Line 6,this paper has carried out the following work:(1)Use Revit to establish the three-dimensional visual structural model of the main body of apple garden station and shield machine,import Navisworks to simulate the construction process,and analyze the specific application of BIM Technology in construction scheme simulation,construction process visualization,model structure collision inspection and construction design deepening.(2)Based on.Net Framework for the secondary development of Navisworks to realize the real-time update and transfer of models between Revit and Navisworks.Avoid the tedious steps of exporting model files in BIM model transfer.Using the advantages of BIM Technology Information Sharing,realize the linkage between BIM software,so as to achieve the real-time subway construction simulation effect and improve the construction simulation efficiency.(3)Use SQL Server to build safety risk information database and integrate construction safety technical standards.Through the API interface provided by Navisworks and related BIM secondary development tools,a method based on SQL Server and.Net Framework,and solve key technical problems such as project model inspection,construction process simulation,safety risk management and safety risk assessment,so as to finally achieve the goal of subway project visual management.The results show that BIM Technology shows an accurate and efficient management level in three-dimensional visual design and construction scheme optimization.The 4D integrated management platform based on construction and risk management realizes the efficient transmission of multi-dimensional information of the project,which not only improves the management efficiency,but also ensures the safe and orderly construction process,provides new ideas for similar engineering practice in the future,and has great application value in subway project construction organization and safety management.
