| Dumper is a kind of special railway machinery and equipment used to dump coal,ore and other loose goods efficiently.It is widely used in port wharf,steel mill and power plant.With the use of loose materials such as coal and ore increasing significantly,the single unloading volume and rated load of the rollover increased greatly.In the process of overturning operation,leaning on the plate in the overturning mechanism will cause the lateral column to bend inward and partially sag,which will adversely affect the normal operation of the overturning system.The scientific position of the plate is helpful to reduce the damage of the side column and the stable operation of the rollover system.In this paper,the influence of the height of the mounting plate on the internal bending moment of the vertical column is studied,which is of great significance to the design and installation of the leaning plate in the scientific guidance mechanism.Based on the load and structure characteristics of C70gondola car in the process of rolling over,the finite element model of C70 gondola car body is set up.The stress distribution characteristics of C70 gondola car column under the height of plate installation are analyzed.Finally,the internal bending moment of C70 gondola car column is analyzed comprehensively.According to the analysis results,the maximum stress area of the open side column is at the base of the open side column.When the angle of turning is 60 degrees,the maximum stress value and the total bending moment of the open side column are the highest.The internal bending moment of the open side column is 217.0kN·m when the angle of turning is 60°,the contact width between the side column and the side column is 80%and the bottom end of the side column is 0 mm under the side column.At the base of 400mm along the underside of the column,the internal bending moment of the column was 271.2kN·m,an increase of 26.4%.The contact width between the plate and the side column is 90%,and the internal bending moment of the open side column is 196.8kN·m when the base of the column is 0 mm along the distance under the plate.At 400mm along the base of the distance-side column under the car plate,the internal bending torque of the open side column was 262.0kN·m,an increase of 33.1%. |
