| As a tool for efficiently unloading railway bulk materials,car dumper is widely used in port,metallurgy,transportation,electric power and other industries.During the operation of the car dumper,with the change of turnover angle and unloading amount,the supporting effect of the backup plate will cause the column to bend to the inner side of the vehicle body,increasing the risk of damage.In this paper,the effects of rubber sheet layout on column stress and total inward bending moment under different rubber sheet coverage area are studied,the research results have certain guiding significance for the scientific layout of the rubber sheet of the car dumper’s backup plate.The finite element model of C70 vehicle body is established by Hyper Mesh,the load and constraint conditions are established for the three working conditions of 100%,90% and 80%of the area of the rubber sheet covering the backup plate and the stress of the structure is calculated by the finite element simulation software Opti Struct.Firstly,the maximum stress and total inward bending moment of the column are calculated and analyzed when the rubber sheet covers 100% of the backup plate and the turnover angle is 40 °,50 °,60 °,70 °,80 ° and90 °,and the change law of the maximum stress,the location of the maximum stress and the total inward bending moment of the column during the turnover process are determined;Secondly,when the rubber sheet is two,the total cover is 80% and 90% of the area of the backup plate.The influence of the gap position of the rubber sheet on the stress of the column and the total bending moment of the inclination is analyzed.Finally,the simulation results are analyzed to obtain the installation position of the rubber plate which produces the minimum and maximum stress and the total inward bending moment.The results show that when the coverage area of the rubber sheet is 100%,the maximum stress of the column and the total inward bending moment increase first and then decrease with the increase of the turnover angle of the vehicle body.The maximum value occurs in the calculation condition with a turnover angle of 60°.The maximum stress occurs at the connection between the lower side of the column and the lower side beam of the vehicle body.The maximum total inward bending moment is 182.8 k N·m.When the rubber cover area is 80%and 90%,the total inclining bending moment reaches the maximum value,326.4 k N·m and235.0 k N·m,respectively,when the rubber cover is 1330 mm away from the top of the backup plate. |
