With the progress of society and the rapid development of science and technology,the rail transportation field is gradually entering the era of railway electrification and high-speed railway in our country.However,diesel locomotives are still used as traction power in many remote and backward areas that with special climate,lack of electricity and some local factories and mines in our country.As the development of social economy,it put forward higher requirements for the safety,environmental protection and reliability of railway diesel locomotives.The integrated function controller of the diesel locomotive is an important monitoring equipment related to the safe operation of the locomotive.Due to long-term heavy operating load,harsh operating environment and its own quality problems,it will inevitably lead to potential unstable factors or failures.In order to affect the normal transportation needs Improve fault diagnosis and maintenance efficiency.For this reason,this subject proposes the design of a simulation testing platform for the integrated function controller IFCU(Integrated Function Control Unit)of diesel locomotives.Firstly,with the research and development status of locomotive equipment detection technology has been deeply analyzed and studied by reading a large number of domestic and foreign literatures related to the detection technology of on-board electronic equipment of diesel locomotives.The task target of a matching simulation detection platform.Then according to the analysis of the functional requirements of IFCU,the overall architecture of the simulation testing platform is designed.The simulation detection platform consists of two main parts: a signal simulation generator and a human-computer interaction interface.The core of the signal simulation generator adopts a FPGA chip with rich resources and complete functions.The main function is to output the calibration control command according to the upper computer.The IFCU needs to collect various digital,analog,and frequency signals of diesel locomotive simulation conditions,and at the same time,it must be able to detect the output response signal from the IFCU.The host computer is based on Lab VIEW software to design the monitoring interface suitable for this topic.The host computer uses two serial ports to realize the information exchange with the signal simulation generator and the IFCU respectively.It is also responsible for the output calibration control of each analog signal and the Receive the acquisition results from the signal analog generator and IFCU,and compare and analyze the actual output of the IFCU with the calibration value,so as to complete the detection of the IFCU’s signal acquisition and output control functions and communication functions,so as to determine the detected IFCU Whether there is a failure and its point of failure.The hardware design of the analog detection platform includes the system power supply circuit,the switch signal source module circuit,the analog signal source module circuit,the frequency signal source module circuit and the communication interface circuit.The software design mainly includes the program design of the signal analog generator and Program design of the host computer monitoring interface.After completing the above tasks,the simulation test platform is tested comprehensively.Firstly,the power module and communication function of the simulation test platform are tested,and then the output function of the signal simulation generator is tested.Finally,the test environment is built and the actual function of IFCU is tested according to the test process.The test results show that the simulation test platform can complete the performance test of the IFCU of the integrated function controller of the diesel locomotive,and the test process can be displayed in real time.The test results are accurate and reliable,and have good application value.
