During 1980s,the ICE manufactured by Eastern Germany has the problem that lose power ,shot of electric fittings .We developed the interlink technique based on the micro-controller (YZM-95).Successfully achieved the interlink of two sets of ICE computer,and achieving the operating,failure checking,failure alarming .The controller based on the industry single board computer using related technique .Abolishing the electrical relay interlocking device , achieving completely control of the ICE.During the rebuilding two sets of ICE(15216#/14099#),used double twist line to connect two sets ICE controllers ,used the protocol of《SAEJ1587,SAEJ1708》issued by US motor association。Achieved data inter change and control .At the same time the operation method remains ,optimized the ICE control.After interlink technique used ,the two ICE can processing failure checking and alarming,the motor can be operated with steeples speed control , automatic motor running ,closed loop stabilization speed control ,optimized equipments resources .Two diesel locomotives realized the parallel-control .we can determine two or one diesel locomotives revoluing by the load .By this way,some fuel can be saved , breakdown rate also can be decreased, resoveled the shorting of electricity fitting and kept railway transportaion running in safety and on time.
