| Non-standard automation equipment is non-standardized intelligent machinery and equipment.In actual production,some production departments cannot use standardized intelligent machinery and equipment because of various reasons such as diversified market demand or special use of products,so non-standardized automation machinery and equipment gradually gain people’s attention.At present,the market demand for non-standardized automation machinery and equipment is expanding,and it is becoming the key to help the country’s high-quality industrial development.Under the background of Made in China 2025,many manufacturing enterprises have made intelligent transformation,however,some small and medium-sized enterprises often need to combine their own actual situation to transform and upgrade when facing intelligent transformation.Based on the above background,this paper designs and implements an operation and maintenance management system for non-standard automation equipment with the purpose of developing a low-cost,customizable and easy-to-maintain operation and maintenance management system based on the experience of existing projects.Firstly,the selection of technology for the development of O&M management system of non-standard automation equipment is completed.In the context of various types of web application development technologies,the technical means of implementation and the O&M system requirements were analyzed,and the front and back-end technologies for system development were determined.Based on B/S model,MVC framework was applied for development,combined with JSP,Echarts,Java Script and other technologies to design the big data visualization page of the system,relied on Ajax technology to complete the front and backend data interaction function,and deployed the project on Tomcat server to complete the access to the system through the browser.Then,the specific analysis of the system requirements was completed.Based on the analysis of the system requirements,the design objectives of the system functions were proposed,and the functions that the system should have were designed.Specifically,it includes the login authentication function of the system,the transmission function of equipment data,the display function of equipment operation information,and the analysis function of equipment operation data.In addition,the non-functional requirements that the system should have are also described specifically.Second,the overall functional design of the system was completed.This includes the installation of the development environment,the integration of IDEA with Maven and Tomcat,and the design of the login module,data processing module,front-end and back-end communication module,data analysis module,data mining module,and data visualization module.Finally,the implementation of system functions was completed.The access to the server was realized,the implementation and effect of the login function,visualization large screen,and device analysis platform functions were explained,and the system performance was tested.The results show that the system can meet the application requirements of practical scenarios. |
