Research On Operation And Maintenance Management Of Distribution Automation Equipment

With the improvement of the living standard of the residents in our country,the requirement of the quality of life is higher and higher,and the embodiment of the power consumption is the transformation from the shortage of electricity in the past to the use of high quality and high reliability power resources.Since the 13 th Five-Year Plan,China is on the highway of smart grid construction and development,and to improve the reliability of power supply can not be separated from the intelligent development of distribution network.The construction speed of distribution network automation has naturally become the most important part of distribution network construction.Construction and production speed is also getting faster and faster.In the face of the total surge of distribution automation equipment,if still according to the old ideas,old practices management,will inevitably cause great trouble to the operation and maintenance management of power grid enterprises.Therefore,it is the only way to solve this dilemma to construct the automatic operation and maintenance management system of distribution network adapted to the current environmental conditions.Through questionnaire survey,case evolution and other ways of research and analysis,it is found that in the process of construction and application of distribution network automation,power grid enterprises have encountered a variety of problems.While trying to find a variety of ways to solve these problems,they can not break the existing management bottleneck.Therefore,the research on operation and maintenance management of distribution network automation is particularly important.This paper analyzes the three outstanding problems at this stage,and puts forward the corresponding solutions,and then through the related business and reasonable assessment mechanism to connect the organization,to optimize the existing management system.Through the optimization of the system to ensure the distribution network automation operation and maintenance management business fluency and staff work enthusiasm.The research results show that :(1)at present,there are few researches on distribution automation operation and maintenance management at home and abroad,mainly focusing on the technical research and construction planning of distribution automation.Therefore,we can only from other equipment management literature for more reference.(2)At present,the entry threshold of distribution automation equipment is relatively low,resulting in structural diversity is not conducive to the standardization and standardized management of power grid enterprises.(3)The establishment of the management system has formed an organizational structure for the operation and maintenance management of distribution network automation,but the rational index distribution and assessment mechanism is the essence of forming an organic unity of the organization.(4)Professional management is the premise and guarantee to achieve efficient work and lean management,while professional training of employees is the prerequisite for professional management.Relatively fair and reasonable performance appraisal is also the motivation to stimulate the enthusiasm of employees.
