China’s new energy automobile industry is developing rapidly,from the embryonic stage to the growth stage,and the ownership is rising all the way.Nowadays,in order to achieve substantial breakthroughs in the new energy automobile industry,it is necessary to increase the research and development of related technologies to meet consumer expectations and meet consumer demand.Power battery technology is the core technology of new energy vehicles,which represents the technical level of new energy vehicles and is the key technology for the development of new energy vehicle industry in China.In the research and development of power batteries,due to the high requirements of independent research and development for R&D enterprises,technological innovation itself has complexity and risk,but R&D results are uncertain and R&D costs are increasing.Therefore,more and more enterprises choose to cooperate to develop new energy vehicle power battery technology.How to more effectively carry out battery cooperative research and development has become the focus of scholars.Firstly,by combing the domestic and foreign literature,the current status of power battery research and development and new energy vehicle supply chain cooperation research and development is clarified,and the related theories of supply chain cooperation research and development,the basic concepts and application scope of fuzzy multiobjective planning are grasped.Secondly,the model is constructed from the two aspects of battery vertical and cooperative R&D.Combined with the fuzzy multi-objective programming method,the influence of different weights on the decision variables such as the input ratio of both parties,the product price of each party in the supply chain,the battery endurance mileage and the battery safety degree,as well as the profit and sales volume of each enterprise in the supply chain are explored.Finally,according to the research conclusions,management implications are proposed.The results show that:(1)The vertical cooperative R&D led by third-party enterprises requires higher proportion of battery cooperation investment of automobile manufacturers than that led by battery suppliers.(2)Horizontal cooperative R&D model can more effectively enhance the product sales of all parties in the supply chain.(3)Under the horizontal cooperative R&D mode,the profit of weak battery suppliers is limited,and the profit of strong battery suppliers is also lower than that of vertical cooperative R&D mode.(4)In the vertical cooperative R&D mode,the development of battery endurance mileage and battery safety is more stable.Innovations:(1)From the perspective of research,previous studies have focused more on battery mileage,ignoring the impact of battery safety on battery cooperative R&D decisions.Based on the battery endurance mileage and safety,this paper analyzes the decision-making of battery cooperative R&D investment based on the actual situation and previous studies,enriches and improves the research system,explores how to promote the cooperative R&D of power batteries,ensures the R&D effect of power batteries,and promotes the development of China’s new energy vehicle industry.(2)From the perspective of research mode,the two modes of vertical and horizontal cooperative R&D of batteries are considered at the same time,and the two modes are compared and analyzed.The advantages of different cooperation modes are discussed,and enterprises are encouraged to carry out different modes of cooperative R & D to break through the dilemma of power battery technology R & D faced by China ’s new energy vehicle supply chain.(3)From the aspect of research methods,based on the traditional decision-making goal of the profits of all parties in the supply chain,the product sales volume is added as the decision-making goal,and the fuzzy multi-objective programming method is used to study and analyze the problem.It not only adds practical significance,but also provides guiding suggestions for new energy automobile enterprises and power battery enterprises at different stages.
