| With the increase of car ownership year by year,the number of traffic accidents is also increasing year by year,and the problem of driving fatigue is gradually prominent.In Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,the north-south span is long,the topography is simple,and the roads connecting cities and towns have the characteristics of long distance and simple landscape.Under the dual influence of long distance and monotonous driving environment,the driver is easy to produce psychophysiological fatigue.In order to ensure travel safety and improve travel efficiency,it is very necessary to adopt scientific adjustment methods to alleviate driving fatigue.Based on cognitive psychology and from the perspective of ergonomics,this thesis adopted the indoor simulation driving test method,determined the fatigue adjustment mode by means of questionnaire,collected the drivers’ EEG signals and HRV signals during the whole test process.Explore the fatigue relief degree and effectiveness of drivers under different adjustment methods,and finally verify the fatigue relief effect of different adjustment methods based on principal component analysis and subjective evaluation.The research results of this thesis are as follows:(1)By using the paired sample T test on the driver’s physiological and psychological signals,the sensitive physiological and psychological indexes representing the change of driver’s fatigue relief degree during driving on grassland highway were determined(2)Through the analysis of the physiological and psychological indexes of drivers,the fatigue relief degree of drivers under different adjustment methods is different.The fatigue relief degree of the air conditioning group was14.14%;The relief degree of fatigue in the music group was 12.93%;In the air conditioning and music groups,the fatigue reduction was 15.64 percent.Therefore,the vehicle air conditioning and music coupling regulation mode has the best fatigue relieving effect.It is suggested that drivers adopt vehicle air conditioning and music coupling regulation mode to alleviate driving fatigue during driving on grassland highway.(3)According to the analysis of drivers’ physiological indexes,the effective duration of music adjustment mode,vehicle air conditioning mode and music coupling adjustment mode is 2min,while the effective duration of vehicle air conditioning mode is 4min.The driver can relieve to the best state in a short time under the air conditioning and music coupling regulation mode,and the vehicle air conditioning and music coupling regulation mode is better.(4)Based on the principal component analysis of drivers’ physiological indexes and the driver’s KSS questionnaire,the effects of different adjustment methods on fatigue relief were verified. |
