According to the latest survey report,by the end of 2018,the total mileage of highways in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region has exceeded 200,000 kilometers. The small change of terrain and physiognomy in the "sparsely populated" grassland area makes the grassland highway have the characteristics of single line structure, small traffic flow and monotonous landscape environment. Therefore, during the driving process of grassland highway, due to less operation behavior, local muscles will be in a tense state during most driving time, which is easier to cause fatigue substances to accumulate rapidly local muscular blood supply.Insufficiency leads to fatigue, which threatens driving safety.Aiming at the typical grassland highway with monotonous landscape, this paper chooses the Saihantala section of the provincial road G208 Erlianhot in Xilinhot City,Inner Mongolia, and takes drivers of different ages and sexes as the research object. From the perspective of the characteristics of neuromuscular and human bioelectrical signals, the median frequency(median fr),which can more intuitively characterize driver’s local muscle fatigue,is adopted.Equency,MF)collects and analyses the surface EMG signals of the neck and lumbar muscles of drivers during the whole driving process, and deeply analyses the influence of the driver’s gender and age differences on the neck and lumbar EMG signals. On this basis,a fatigue rheological model of the neck and lumbar muscles of drivers driving on grassland highway is established. This paper analyzed the change rule of the characteristic value MF of local muscle surface EMG signal of drivers on grassland highway, and studied the fatigue rheological model of drivers’neck and waist muscles, and drew the following conclusions:(1)It is suggested that female drivers should effectively alleviate neck fatigue through neck muscle relaxation exercise or using neck pillow when driving continuously.(2)During 120 minutes of driving on grassland highway,45-year-old male and female drivers were significantly affected by age differences with other age drivers during 95-120 minutes.(3)In the 25-year-old,35-year-old and 45-year-old age groups, with the increasing age of drivers, their waist resistance to fatigue is increasing;in the three age groups, female drivers’waist resistance to fatigue is better than male drivers;female drivers in the 35-year-old age group are not suitable for long-term continuous driving;in the three age groups, age differences are significant for male drivers. The influence of waist muscle fatigue is more obvious than that of female drivers.(4)The rheological models of drivers neck muscle MF mean and driving time were constructed, and it was found that female drivers’neck rheological model equation fitted better than male drivers;the rheological models of driver’s neck muscle, waist muscle MF mean and driving time were constructed respectively, and it was found that the fitting degree of waist rheological model equation was better than that of neck.(5)The rheological model of MF mean value and driving time of driver’s local muscles was constructed.Through the model analysis,it was suggested that the driving time of driver on grassland road should not exceed 80 minutes.
