| The health of contemporary university students is receiving increasing attention from all walks of life, and the university campus environment, lifestyle and daily activities are all closely related to the health improvement of university students, making the health support role of the university campus environment particularly important in the face of the health promotion demands of university students. In addition, the joint promotion of the "Health China 2030" strategic goal is a new requirement for the construction of outdoor spaces on campuses in today’s context. The current research on health landscapes on university campuses is mostly about passive health landscape design, but this study attempts to investigate the strategies and design methods of active health campus spaces based on the interpretation of relevant theories and cases from the perspective of active health. The thesis is divided into four main parts: firstly, the theories related to active health and campus outdoor space are reviewed, the theoretical link between active health and university campus outdoor space is clarified, the theoretical framework and internal logic of the study, the intervention mechanism and the research path are sorted out,and a theoretical foundation is built for the subsequent study.Secondly, based on the evaluation criteria of active health, the evaluation indexes and evaluation methods of active health spaces were determined, and the research and analysis of active health spaces on university campuses were completed after screening the survey samples.Through qualitative and quantitative analysis of the current situation of campus space use,the degree of space perception and the evaluation of place participation, the evaluation of active health benefits and active health behaviours in outdoor spaces on university campuses were derived.characteristics and environmental preference characteristics.Again, based on the analysis of the research results, the design principles and optimisation strategies of active health spaces on university campuses are focused on two dimensions, namely the promotion of active perceptions and positive activities of the population. Finally,an empirical study is conducted on the creation of active health spaces based on four spatial modules: multidimensional natural perception space, multiple landscape preference space, perceptual recovery and stress reduction space and physical activity complex space. |
