| According to the 2021 of the 7th population census,the proportion of the elderly population in our country has reached 18.7%,and has entered the population ageing stage.In the face of the increasingly large old-age population in the city with high population density,the social old-age security system and urban basic old-age facilities are making a series of optimization and upgrading practices,trying to meet the development needs of the next stage.Because of the severe population ageing problems in our country and the “9073” pattern of providing for the aged,97% of the elderly need to meet their living needs through the construction of community environment and service system,it can be seen that the community environment is the main space carrier of the daily activities of the elderly.How to take the community as a unit,improve the design of community landscape suitable for aging,and care for the elderly in the community,the optimization of the community life style of the elderly has become an important issue to promote urban environmental construction.At the same time,the vigorous development of the Internet makes the discussion of adaptive aging more complex,and brings both opportunities and challenges for the design of community landscape adaptive aging.In this context,in order to effectively solve the problems faced by the elderly in the community,to meet the needs of community landscape space use,the study attaches importance to the community landscape wisdom transformation and wisdom technology integration,based on the intelligent technology such as internet big data,this paper focuses on how to apply the intelligent technology to the community landscape design:The first part defines the concept and scope of community landscape and aging landscape,through the study of the development path of Smart City,Smart Community and smart endowment,the technical support of information technology for the aging transformation of community landscape was put forward.The key points and difficulties of community landscape research under the background of aging were clarified,and the practical significance of landscape adaptation to aging was emphasized.The second part of the community landscape of the current multi-functional needs of inductive analysis,study the changes in the social and demographic structure of the new space needs,the community landscape status of the aging problem,it provides a research basis for integrating intelligent technology into community landscape aging design.The third part of the community landscape space design needs analysis from multiple angles,proposed under the intelligent model of the aging logic of the landscape,the study of intelligent landscape facilities for the elderly to provide a basis for strategic research.The fourth part puts forward the environmental renewal model based on the idea of wisdom,and discusses the renewal model of aging landscape and puts forward the design principles based on the research of two and three parts,from the landscape system intelligence renewal strategy,the Innovation Energy Management Strategy,enhances the inter-generation exchange strategy and the landscape line barrier-free continuity strategy,the research concluded the suitable aging design strategy of community landscape under the integration of intelligent technology.The fifth part takes the YINGUANGLU community in Baiyin as a design practice site,and takes the problem of ageing landscape as an entry point,using intelligent technologies to carry out the transformation of ageing landscape in the community,the optimization design of YINGUANGLU community landscape space was carried out from five aspects:Intelligent Landscape System Construction,intelligent road planning,intelligent landscape facilities placement,intergenerational functional organization and sensory interactive experience,it provides a new way for the future development of the community landscape in Yinguang Road,and demonstrates the value and feasibility of the renewal strategy.Based on the development background of intelligent technology,this research combs the related concepts of intelligent concept,and makes use of this opportunity,the existing uncomfortable old activity space and uncomfortable old landscape facilities in the urban community were updated and transformed in a sustainable way,and the overall utilization efficiency of resources was brought into full play to build an innovative and diversified community landscape.In line with the direction of smart city construction,we will improve the community-based smart landscape system for the elderly,provide new ways of community life for the elderly,help the construction of urban community landscape suitable for aging,and enhance the well-being of the elderly. |
