Hydraulic system pollutants directly affect the stability and reliability of the operation of the system,to keep the system clean,the effective control of pollutants for the safe operation of the hydraulic system is of great significance.Due to many deficiencies in the current hydraulic system pollutant detection and cleaning technology,this paper proposes an intelligent online detection and cleaning technology for hydraulic system pollutants of walking machinery.The system can be directly connected to the loop without disassembly and assembly,so as to realize the function of online detection and cleaning of pollutants and intelligent control.Based on the in-depth study and analysis of the characteristics of various detection and cleaning methods for pollutants in hydraulic system,the detection method combining shading method and capacitance method was adopted to realize the online detection function of higher precision.The structural parameters of the shading sensor were optimized by limiting the detection area and stabilizing the voltage.Finite element analysis of electric field and potential of capacitance sensor was carried out using ANSYS Maxwell software modeling.Orthogonal experiment was adopted to study the influence of factors such as tube wall thickness,shield layer gap,electrode plate angle and comprehensive dielectric constant of tube wall on sensor sensitivity.The optimal experimental optimize parameters were obtained as 0.3,1.2,120° and 2.0.The simulation results showed that the distribution uniformity of electric field and potential inside the capacitive sensor is obviously improved.Using Solidworks software,a three-phase cyclone structure that can separate various pollutants at the same time was designed,and the matching calculation and selection of other key components of the system were carried out.The principle of intelligent online detection and cleaning technology for pollutants in hydraulic system was analyzed.The system model was built based on AMESim,the pressure reducing valve was connected as the detection and cleaning object,and the pressure difference at both ends of the filter was used to simulate the pollutant concentration,and the three groups of standard value parameters 80,50 and 25 were set respectively to simulate the curve relationship between the pressure difference signal and the cleaning motor operation.The results showed that the intersection values of the three groups of curves were consistent with the standard values of cleanliness,which verified the feasibility of the principle.The control method and function of pollutant detection and cleaning system of hydraulic system were studied.The intelligent control module was designed by STM32F103 series single chip microcomputer.Based on ARM Cortex-M3 core chip,AMS117-3.3forward low voltage drop regulator,LM393 comparator and SSD1306 chip and other core components,the control module was realized to separate and count pollutants of different sizes,real-time control of motor start-stop and temperature detection.The system control module was tested in the field.The module could effectively control and display the temperature,pressure flow,pollutant concentration and other signals in the loop.The intelligent online detection and cleaning device was developed,and the online detection and cleaning test of real vehicle pollutants was carried out for a tractor hydraulic system.The test results showed that the device meets the design functional requirements,and verified the feasibility of the intelligent online detection and cleaning technology of pollutants in the hydraulic system. |
