| In order to realize the automatic detection in brake disk’s parameter in factory,improve production efficiency, reduce the labor intensity of the workers and eliminate substandard performance of brake disc, a set of operator of online detection system on brake disc is developed.This paper firstly compares and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical, electrical transmission and control. Based on the actual conditions, the overall structure of the form design system of "single chip microcomputer control + mechanical drive" is selected. Secondly make the use of PRO/E for three-dimensional modeling of ball screw and linear guide rail base,coupling, and make assembly of various components according to a certain way to get the 3D assembly model. Thirdly based on the dynamic simulation of the assembly model by using ADAMS software to get the key part of the kinetic curve. forthly according to the theory of mechanical design, the ball screw and the stepping motor are respectively selected check type design, stepper motor and ball screw to drive system.fifthly use ANSYS WORKBENCH side constraint mode simulation analysis of key components of the ball screw, to select the installation of ball screw in order to avoid the resonance of the system provides guidance and basis; finally make use of PROTEUS and KEIL software to design programand control circuit of the compiler.The experiment proved that this system is reliable and it can effectively determine whether the brake disc is qualified or not. |
