| As one of the countries with the fastest aging population in the world,building an elderly-friendly society to better serve the elderly population and enhance their happiness has become the focus of urban planning and construction in China.The core of the elderly friendly concept is to pay attention to the needs of the elderly and improve the social participation of the elderly.The park green space provides an outdoor activity place to meet the needs of the elderly for social interaction and physical exercise,which is an important space to improve their happiness.Whether the spatial layout of park green space meets the needs of the elderly is the key to evaluate the fairness of its layout and promote the construction of an agefriendly society.However,at this stage,the discussion on the matching of supply and demand of park green space from the perspective of the elderly is insufficient,and it is difficult to promote the rational allocation and planning of urban park green space under the background of aging.Based on the above background,this paper proposes a study on the fairness of park green space layout from the perspective of elderly-friendly.Combined with multi-source data such as POI,road network and remote sensing image,this paper constructs a fairness evaluation model based on Arc GIS software platform,and takes the main urban area of Fuzhou as a case to evaluate the fairness of park green space layout from the perspective of the elderly.Firstly,according to the characteristics of recreation behavior and living environment of the elderly,the quality coefficient of park green space and the demand coefficient of service population are introduced to quantitatively analyze the supply and demand level of park green space.Then the two-step mobile search model is improved,and the spatial multi-criteria analysis is used to evaluate the layout fairness of different types of park green space and the overall park green space.Secondly,it analyzes the reasons for the lack of fairness in the layout of park green space in the main urban area from the aspects of supply mechanism,demand change and planning concept.Finally,based on the evaluation results and related conclusions,K-means clustering algorithm and particle swarm optimization algorithm are further introduced to explore the optimal location scheme of park green space layout,and the optimization strategy of park green space layout is proposed.The study found that :(1)The fairness of different types of park green space layout in the main urban area of Fuzhou is poor.The fairness of community park layout is the worst,basically in a state of no supply and lack of supply;the second is the fairness of the layout of specialized parks,which is dominated by communities with no supply and saturated supply,with serious polarization and clustered distribution.The fairness of the comprehensive park layout is general,only 9.4% of the community is in a state of balance between supply and demand,and the fairness of each level is distributed in groups.(2)The overall park green space layout in the main urban area of Fuzhou is fair.11.3% of the communities are in a state of balance between supply and demand,and 34.3% of the community park green space supply is greater than the demand,showing a group distribution.The communities lacking the supply of park green space are clustered,mainly in marginal areas.(3)After optimizing the site selection,the overall park green space layout in the main urban area of Fuzhou is fair.For areas lacking park green space supply,park green space is added in appropriate locations.After optimizing the location,the proportion of unsupplied communities is reduced to 0%,and the proportion of communities in a balanced state of supply and demand is increased.From the perspective of age-friendliness,the study incorporates the recreational behavior characteristics and selection preferences of the elderly into the fairness evaluation model of park green space layout,which provides a new perspective and method for the study of the spatial layout of park green space under the background of aging.This research idea has a positive effect on government to formulate relevant policies for optimizing the spatial layout of green space,and promote the construction of an elderly-friendly society and an elderly-friendly urban environment. |
