The seasonal color of plants is an important factor in urban landscape and has a positive impact on people’s physiology and psychology,so it is significant to pay attention to the seasonal color of plants to improve the quality of urban landscape.In view of the current problems of plant community configuration in residential areas,residential areas in the central city of Fuzhou were taken as the research object,and seven types of green space in ten residential areas were selected by stratified sampling method for current research,and plant landscape seasonal color preferences and plant landscape configuration patterns of residents were studied based on plant configuration principles,color matching principles and other related theories and using SD method.The following conclusions were obtained from this study:(1)As time grows and policy factors,the plant landscape of residential areas in the new period of the 21 st century has changed dramatically compared with that in the early stage of reform and opening up.In the initial phase of reform and opening up,the planting coverage of residential landscape was low,the variety was small and the overall level was vague,but in the new period of the 21 st century,the planting landscape of residential areas has improved in these aspects,but due to the large number of foreign species introduced,the application of native plants was neglected and the maintenance cost has increased.At the same time,the quantitative study on the color of each plant community revealed that the plant landscape of residential areas in both periods neglected the use of plant seasonal changes,and the color changes of plant communities in the four seasons were not obvious enough,and the proportion of deciduous trees planted was generally low.(2)From the questionnaire interviews with residents,it is known that the demand for the use of green space is mainly static activities,and most of the evaluation of plant configuration and varieties is indifferent.Residents have a high demand for seasonal colors of flowers,foliage plants,shrubs and herbs,and their preference for seasonal colors is mainly concentrated in red,orange,yellow and purple.According to the needs and preferences of residents,an optimized plant configuration mode of seven types of green space,such as core green space,waterfront landscape area,residential unit entrance,green space group at the edge of the house,fire road,pedestrian road and external enclosure,was constructed,of which each green space type has three plant configuration modes.(3)By using SD method(semantic difference method)and the software SPSS 27 to comprehensively evaluate 21 plant configuration patterns,the environment,place and perception factors were extracted to establish the aesthetic evaluation model of residential plant landscape F beauty = 0.418f1+0.316f2+0.266f3.The factor score calculation shows that HXLD Ⅲ(1.45)> HXLD Ⅰ(1.25)> HXLD Ⅱ(1.18);BSJGQ Ⅰ(1.48)> BSJGQ Ⅱ(1.34)> BSJGQ Ⅲ(1.30)in the waterfront landscape area;ZZDYRK Ⅱ(1.46)> ZZDYRK Ⅰ(1.28)= ZZDYRK Ⅲ(1.28)in the entrance of residential units;ZBLDZT Ⅲ(1.44)> ZBLDZT Ⅱ(1.32)>ZBLDZT Ⅰ(1.25);XFDL Ⅱ(1.37)> XFDL Ⅰ(1.26)> XFDL Ⅲ(1.25)in the fire road;RXDL Ⅰ(1.30)> RXDL Ⅲ(1.21)> RXDL Ⅱ(1.20)in the pedestrian road;WBWH Ⅱ(1.42)> WBWH Ⅲ(1.40)> WBWH Ⅰ(1.36)in the external enclosure.Based on the above research,this paper summarizes and summarizes the plant configuration patterns of different green space types in residential areas and the application patterns of plant seasonal colors in plant landscapes,in order to provide practical plant configuration patterns for different green space types in new residential areas and old neighborhoods to be transformed in Fuzhou,and to provide theoretical data and references for plant configuration research and promotion application.
