Despite some recovery of the global economy due to trade friction between China and the United States and the Russia-Ukraine war,the economic situation in 2022 still remains bleak.The survival of each enterprise is more difficult,and the competition between enterprises is more fierce than before.If enterprises want to stand out in the economic winter,they must strengthen their "soft power" cultivation.Internal communication is the main manifestation of corporate soft power.Communication can effectively connect internal management and external environment.Good communication can not only improve productivity and management level of enterprises,save management costs,enable enterprises to use limited resources in fierce competition,but also improve employees’ participation in corporate affairs and improve employee satisfaction and loyalty so as to better serve customers.In addition,good communication enables leaders to have a comprehensive understanding of enterprise business operations,so as to make better decisions and achieve organizational strategic goals more effectively.In conclusion,good communication is essential for any company that wants to unlock its full potential and achieve long-term success.On the basis of consulting a large number of domestic and foreign literature,understanding the basic theories and research conclusions on internal communication of enterprises at home and abroad,this paper applies literature method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,etc.,to understand the current situation of internal management communication of CH company.And after the analysis of the causes of the internal communication problems of CH company,the author puts forward the strategies to improve the internal communication efficiency of CH company,so as to increase the internal communication efficiency of CH company,reduce the management cost,promote the healthy development of CH company,and provide reference suggestions for other small and medium-sized enterprises with similar communication problems.At present,the communication methods of CH company are mainly network communication,downlink communication and formal communication.The company’s internal communication problems mainly include poor communication effect,lack of communication awareness among some employees and leaders,poor information transmission channels and poor communication atmosphere.The main reasons that affect the internal communication of the company are: incomplete communication system,lack of communication awareness and communication skills of employees,lack of information feedback channels,communication environment and communication atmosphere.Therefore,this paper puts forward specific countermeasures to improve the internal communication of the company: establish a perfect communication system,enhance the communication awareness and communication skills of employees,establish smooth communication channels,change the communication environment and create a good communication atmosphere;The most important thing is to establish a corporate culture conducive to communication,so that the above improvement measures have a basis for implementation.
