| Highways are an important part of the transportation infrastructure, and the scale of their development reflects the degree of modernization of the country’s transportation. With the increase of car ownership, the economic advantages of China’s highways are not obvious.Due to the different construction periods, the toll standards and technical standards of the new expressways are higher than those of the old roads, resulting in the new highways Although the traffic capacity and driving experience are better, the traffic volume is lower, resulting in waste of resources of the new expressway and traffic congestion of the old road, and the traffic volume is unevenly distributed in space.Secondly, the expressway has a periodic morning and evening peak travel period,in the peak period traffic load is too large, easy to form traffic congestion, reduce traffic efficiency and cause hidden dangers to driving safety, and during low peak hours the traffic volume is less, most sections of the highway network are not fully utilized, resulting in waste of resources, traffic volume time distribution is unbalanced.Taking the Yuqian Expressway and its double-line regional road network as an example, this paper analyzes the traffic status quo firstly, and finds that the overall traffic flow of the Yuqian Expressway is more than that of the Yuqian Dual Line, and the morning and evening travel peak periods are more crowded, resulting in uneven spatial and temporal distribution of traffic volume and waste of road network resources.Combined with the current situation of the Yuqian Expressway and its double-line regional road network,an SP questionnaire survey was conducted on the travel choice behavior of passenger and freight vehicle travelers, and the questionnaire was improved and a specific multi-dimensional differentiated charging scheme was designed according to the demand price elasticity theory and the pre-survey of passenger and freight vehicle travel transfer, and the corresponding sample data were obtained by formal investigation.According to the questionnaire survey and the current situation of road network traffic volume,a passenger and freight vehicle travel behavior selection model was established and the parameters were calibrated to calculate the travel transfer probability of passenger and freight vehicles after the implementation of different differentiated charging schemes. From the multi-dimensional perspective of network formation and the principle of genetic algorithm, the Markov prediction model is optimized and improved, and the Yuqian Expressway and its double-line area road network are divided into five states and three states in different time periods and different sections, and the model is used to predict the travel sharing rate of each state under the differentiated scheme in different dimensions. Finally, the effect of the scheme is evaluated from the traffic flow distribution, toll revenue and road saturation changes of the Yuqian Expressway and its double line before and after the implementation of the differentiated toll scheme,so as to determine the optimal differentiated toll scheme. This thesis innovatively selects the highway network as the research object, conducts the research on the differentiated charging scheme of passenger cars and trucks from a multi-dimensional perspective, adjusts the passenger and freight traffic volume of each highway in the road network by means of economic lever to make it evenly distributed, makes full use of the road network resources, reduces highway congestion, effectively reduces the cost of passers-by and improves the income of operators, and provides a new idea and research basis for the formulation of differentiated charging schemes in the current environment of expressway network in China. It is conducive to better promoting the development of the real economy and reducing costs and increasing efficiency. |
