A Survey On The Comfort Level Of Rural Housing In Eastern Henan Plain

With the development of Chinese economy and society and the improvement of material living standard,rural residents have higher and higher demand for rural residential comfort.At the same time,"Rural revitalization strategic Planning" put forward the outline of ecological livable,rural culture civilization,greatly encouraged the development of rural housing,and put forward higher requirements for rural residential environment comfort.In order to understand the current situation of the comfort level of rural residential buildings,this paper investigates and discusses the comfort level of rural residential buildings in order to provide guidance for rural residential buildings.Based on this,on the basis of relevant studies on residential comfort at home and abroad,taking rural housing in eastern Henan as the research object,through the combination of subjective questionnaire survey and field measurement of indoor and outdoor environment in summer and winter,the relationship between relevant parameters of rural residential comfort and rural residential form,building layout,material technology and so on is sorted out.The present situation and problems of rural residential building environment and residential comfort level are analyzed and summarized.This article consists of six chapters:The first chapter is mainly about the background,research contents and methods.Based on the domestic and foreign research on the indoor comfort level of residential buildings,it is determined that the main influencing factors of the comfort level of rural residential buildings are the thermal environment parameters,the secondary parameters are the sound and light environment parameters,and the quantitative indicators of physical environment are selected according to the comfort level theory.In the second chapter,through the comparative analysis of a number of indicators of rural socio-economic development in eastern Henan,Luyi County is selected as the sample,and the current situation of 386 rural houses(courtyard)are investigated and classified.The third and fourth chapters respectively survey the comfort level of rural housing and measure the physical environment index in summer and winter,extract the effective data,and classify and summarize the data for statistical analysis.The fifth chapter analyzes and establishes the relationship between the building environment and the comfort level,and provides optimization suggestions for the improvement of the comfort level.The sixth chapter summarizes,summarizes,inadequacies and prospects.
