| With the rapid development of industrial automation,industrial robot has become one of the important technologies of modern manufacturing industry.The joint transmission of industrial robots cannot be separated from the robot cycloid reducer,which is a key component.However,our self-designed robot cycloidal reducer has the problem of low assembly accuracy and low assembly product rate,and the lack of self-developed design software leads to low design efficiency and long development cycle.These problems restrict the development of industrial robot in our country.Therefore,this paper aims to design a CAD system for robot cycloid reducer to solve the above problems.The main research contents include:(1)Firstly,the fatigue strength calculation formula of typical parts of cycloidal reducer is analyzed,and the automatic checking process is designed.Based on strength calculation formula,the use of Visual Studio2017 platform and VB.NET language strength check calculation software.A Picture Box control is used to store a chart of parameters,and a quick lookup of the chart of parameters is achieved through the Button.(2)Parametric modeling of cycloid reducer was carried out by using parametric design technology and Solid Works secondary development technology.According to the modification method of cycloidal wheel,the parametric modeling program of cycloidal wheel after modification is designed.Then,according to the assembly principle of the parts in Solid Works,design the parts parameter makeup process,and write automatic assembly program;Finally,the parametric engineering drawing process of the parts is designed and the automatic drawing program is written.(3)SQL Server is selected as the database for storing information.Design the process of information and document management,and realize four functions,including drawing information and document input,drawing information and document view,drawing information and document modification,drawing information and document deletion and corresponding code implementation.Finally,the CAD software of cycloid reducer for robot is run by example. |
