| As a major national strategic project,the water transfer project has effectively alleviated the water shortage problem in the north.However,with the application of new generation information technology such as big data in the field of sustainable supply chain of water transfer projects,the information sharing methods,information sharing strategies,technology investment,etc.have had an impact on the interests of stakeholders,and at the same time have impacted the multi-dimensional benefit objectives of the sustainable supply chain of water transfer projects.Therefore,this paper starts with stakeholders of the South-to-North Water Transfer Middle Route Project,and based on the theory of sustainable supply chain,proposes a conceptual integration model of the sustainable supply chain of the water transfer project considering information sharing behaviour under the support of technologies such as big data,and surveys and analyzes the influencing factors and interest demands of stakeholders’ information sharing through questionnaires and expert interviews.Then,taking the water supply companies of provincial and municipal branches in Henan Province as the research object,a game model is constructed to analyse the characteristics of vertical information acquisition of provincial companies,and the evolving rules of horizontal information sharing behaviour of municipal companies.Under the cooperation strategy,the impact of information sharing on maximizing the utility of the sustainable supply chain of water transfer projects is deeply explored,and benefit coordination analysis is conducted.Finally,use Matlab R2019 a software to conduct numerical experiment simulation analysis.Research shows that:(1)The interest demands of stakeholders in the sustainable supply chain of the water transfer project involve three aspects: first,to establish a reasonable water price through information sharing;second,planning water allocation through information sharing;third,the information sharing strategy in the context of digital transformation needs to be optimized.(2)The cooperation and non-cooperation strategies change with the reported water consumption situation.The water supply companies of each municipal branch shall further calculate the profits according to the local reported water consumption situation,so as to adopt different information sharing strategies for different situations.And the water supply companies of Henan branch shall decide whether to obtain the downstream demand information fed back from the cloud.In addition to reporting water consumption,the behaviour evolution of upstream and downstream is also affected by many factors,such as technology investment cost,water pricing strategy,and the amount of funds collected for the South-to-North Water Transfer Project.(3)When the proportion of big data investment costs and the level of information sharing reach certain thresholds,the benefits of the sustainable supply chain of the water transfer project will be coordinated,and the social service level and the total utility of the sustainable supply chain will be improved,Both parties have the motivation to accept the economic benefit-sharing-cost-sharing contract or the economic-social dual benefit-sharing-cost-sharing contract.This paper studies the management issues related to information sharing in the digital transformation of the sustainable supply chain enterprises of the water transfer project,enriches the relevant theoretical system in this field,and has guiding significance for the benefit coordination of the digital transformation of enterprises in this field.But there is still room for breakthroughs in terms of model universality and contract pattern richness. |
