The basic water regime in China is that there are more people and less water,and the spatial and temporal distribution of water resources is uneven.The frequent spatial transformation of "Three-living" causes the intensification of water and soil conflicts.Studying the spatial and temporal differentiation of "Three-living" spatial water efficiency is conducive to the rational allocation and efficient use of water resources.In this thesise,the standard deviation ellipse model,data envelopment analysis model,BP neural network prediction model,Thiel index analysis model,Tobit regression estimation model and other methods are used to study the spatial water efficiency and related influencing factors of "Three-living" in China from 2000 to 2020 based on provincial units.Descriptive analysis is carried out from the overall and functional space levels to explore the evolution process of the spatial and temporal pattern of "Three-living" spatial water resources in China.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The water efficiency of the "three living" space "cannot make ends meet".The exchange of ecological production space is the main form of the evolution of the spatial pattern in China.Only the scope of the ecological space is gradually narrowed,and other land use spaces are showing an increasing trend with economic development.(2)The evolution of water efficiency in the "Three-living" space follows a certain law.The overall water resource consumption decreases from northeast to southwest,and the water resource utilization efficiency increases from northeast to southwest.(3)The difference of water efficiency in each functional space is the fundamental source of the overall difference.The key to improving the overall spatial water resource utilization level in China is to optimize the spatial allocation to reduce the gap.Attention should also be paid to the industrial structure difference between spaces and the evolution of resource allocation pattern.(4)In addition to strengthening the level of economic development,adjusting the scale of the secondary and tertiary industries,and rationally allocating the employed population,we should also coordinate the conflict between the freight structure and water supply,break through the constraint between carbon emissions and water efficiency,and achieve the improvement of the national water efficiency.(5)Ecological space and living and production space have almost opposite responses to external factors.However,whether from the overall perspective or from the perspective of functional space,the three influencing factors of economic development level,labor distribution and water demand have the highest significance and degree of impact on space water efficiency.Based on the above research conclusions,this thesise puts forward policy recommendations for water resources management in China in order to establish a scientific and reasonable water resources evaluation system.
