| The design of the inlet and outlet channels is crucial in the design of large low-head elbow pumping stations,once the flow pattern provided by the inlet flow channel is uneven,the water flow into the pump conditions is poor,resulting in inefficient and consumable pump devices;If the flow pattern of the water in the outlet channel is disordered,it will cause a large head loss,which in turn will affect the head and power of the entire pump device.Therefore,this paper takes the actual engineering case of Phoenix neck drainage pumping station as the research object,analyzes and studies the flow pattern of the inlet and outlet channels,and puts forward suggestions and improvement measures in a targeted manner.The main research object is the influence of the inner circle radius and outer circle radius of the elbow turning section of the inlet flow channel on the hydraulic characteristics of the flow channel.The influence of the downward tilt angle of the floor of the outlet channel on the hydraulic characteristics and the efficiency of the pump device.The conclusions are as follows: the low head pumping station adopts the elbow bend pipe inlet flow channel,the water flow velocity gradually increases from the inlet section of the runner to the outlet,the pressure gradually decreases from the inlet to the outlet of the runner,and the head loss and weighted average angle increase with the increase of the inner radius and decrease with the increase of the outer radius.The uniformity of flow velocity will first increase and then decrease with the increase of inner radius and outer radius.By adjusting the downward tilt angle of the bottom plate of the outlet channel,it can play a role in optimizing the flow pattern of the outlet channel,and the head loss,pump device efficiency and runner pressure recovery coefficient will first increase and then decrease with the increase of the downward tilt angle of the bottom plate.By comparing the optimized scheme,there is a better fitting curve in the cross-sectional area-flow curve diagram,which can provide some guidance for the design of the inlet and outlet flow channel scheme of the low head elbow pumping station.. |
