| As one of the important links of quality management in the field of construction engineering,the quality of witness sampling system is related to the quality level of the whole construction project,and it is an important safeguard measure for the quality and safety of the construction project.At present,the construction engineering witness sampling work faces many significant problems such as non-standard sampling,sample fraud,and so on.At the same time,blockchain technology has been widely used in various industries.How to combine blockchain technology with witness sampling,how to ensure the quality effect of witness sampling,how to analyze the quality of engineering is worth discussing.This paper firstly takes the quality management of construction projects as the main theme,analyzes the witness sampling process of construction projects,combines blockchain technology,clarifies the business requirements and functional design,and builds a construction project witness sampling intelligent management system based on the owner and supervision units,construction units,testing units,government supervision departments as the main body.Secondly,the system development and application implementation guarantee is analyzed,and the witness sampling business,personnel and regulatory management effects are studied.Finally,through the witness sampling concrete compressive test blocks for example analysis,the collection of 1640 sets of concrete test data,the use of hypothesis testing,analysis of variance,histogram and other mathematical statistical theory to explore the level of concrete quality,analysis of the wisdom management system can meet the requirements of construction project quality management,so as to verify the effectiveness of the block technology in the construction project witness sampling wisdom management system.The innovation of this paper mainly involves two aspects:(1)At present,there are few reports on the research of construction engineering witness sampling.Especially,the application of blockchain technology in the process of witness sampling is relatively novel and has obvious particularity,so the research is innovative to a certain extent.(2)With construction engineering quality management as the research theme,through the construction engineering witness sampling survey,analysis of construction engineering witness sampling quality management status quo,pointed out the necessity and feasibility of construction engineering witness sampling intelligent management system,on this basis,focus on the construction engineering witness sampling intelligent management system development and application.It can not only enhance the construction for the overall quality management level of the project,but also provide a reference for the intelligent management system design of the same type of construction projects. |
