The manufacturing industry is a key industry in China’s economy.With the rapid changes in new competition,models,and formats in the digital era,as well as new risks and challenges in domestic and international markets,the new generation of digital technology is actively promoting the change and even reshaping of traditional manufacturing enterprise organizational models to build an organic integration of the real economy and digital technology.In this context,traditional manufacturing enterprises are gradually exploring more suitable organizational operation modes for their own development,reshaping the organization through digitization,improving the overall operational level of the organization,and enhancing enterprise competitiveness.Therefore,there is an urgent need for enterprises to reshape efficient organizations,and this article is also based on the logic of organizational reshaping in the digital environment proposed.This article takes JH manufacturing enterprise as the research object,starting from basic theories such as digital management,organizational structure,and process reengineering.From the perspective of combining theory and practice,using a combination of text review,case analysis,and interview research methods,it conducts a deep analysis of the existing organizational problems of JH enterprise,and proposes and introduces strategies for enterprise organizational reshaping in the digital era.This article first elaborates on the background,significance,and current research status both domestically and internationally;Secondly,it elaborates on the relevant concepts and theories cited in this article,laying a theoretical foundation for the research in this article;Then,through on-site research and searching for relevant information,the problems existing in the organization of JH manufacturing enterprise were identified and the causes of the problems were analyzed.A summary was made from four aspects: organizational structure,management mode,operation mode,and risk management,thereby clarifying the development direction and requirements for JH manufacturing enterprise organizational restructuring.Finally,in response to the current problems in the organization and operation of the enterprise under the digital background,the construction of a digital platform is used as an opportunity to propose corresponding strategies for organizational restructuring,including reshaping the organizational structure using a digital platform,transforming the management mode of the enterprise with digital thinking,improving the operational efficiency of the enterprise with digital technology,and enhancing the risk protection of the enterprise with digital means.The main conclusion of this article is that through a series of organizational reshaping methods,such as building a digital platform for enterprises,reshaping organizational structure,restructuring enterprise management thinking patterns,restructuring enterprise business processes,establishing proactive risk management,etc.,it can help manufacturing enterprises improve organizational efficiency,enhance their risk resistance ability,and then build new organizational capabilities to better adapt to the development needs of the digital era,At the same time,it can provide strategic reference and reference for other related manufacturing enterprises to reshape their organizations.
