At present,China's machinery manufacturing industry is facing severe challenges,the environment,management mode,customer demand is constantly changing,factor prices are rising,China's machinery manufacturing industry relies on the traditional advantages are gradually weakening.At the same time,in order to accelerate the development of the manufacturing industry,the foreign machinery manufacturing industry has continuously put forward the overall national strategy and development plan to adjust the pace of the machinery manufacturing industry.In order to cope with the fierce competition at home and abroad and adapt to the development trend of informatization and industrialization,China has put forward the "made in China 2025" strategy.Under this background at home and abroad,it is imperative for machinery manufacturing enterprises to optimize organizational performance management mode while improving economic benefits.This paper analyzes the current situation and problems of the organizational performance management and control system of machinery manufacturing enterprises.On the basis of reading and learning a large number of relevant materials at home and abroad,combined with field investigation,taking Qiudi motorcycle company as an example,the paper focuses on the research,analyzes the common characteristics of the industry,and constructs the idea of organizational performance management system based on the company's development status.Then the organization performance control model is introduced to set up the corporate level and the departmental level index system and index control matrix,at the corporate level in the process of building the index system,using the balanced scorecard of financial,customer,internal process,learning four angles,refining corporate level key performance indicators(kpis)library,index decomposition,docking,and will be implemented to the various departments.In the construction of departmental indicator system,apart from the decomposition of company-level indicators into supporting indicators of each department,general indicators and veto assessment items should be extracted according to department responsibilities.In the design of index weight,the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(fahp)is used to construct the fuzzy judgment matrix,the comprehensive index method is used to determine the quantitative index weight,the analytic hierarchy process(ahp)and the behavior anchoring method are used to determine the qualitative index evaluation criteria,and the index evaluation is completed.In the implementation of organizational performance management and control process,communication and guidance,supporting supervision and supervision mechanism,process problem warning,accountability and other mechanisms should be carried out.In the process,regular performance meetings should be held to track and control organizational performance.Finally,the responsibility system,promotion mechanism,training mechanism and salary system are synchronously designed as the supporting guarantee system for organizational performance to ensure the sustainable operation of organizational performance control system.The research content of this paper is helpful for mechanical manufacturing enterprises to optimize their organizational performance control system,and provides a reference for the management practice of mechanical manufacturing enterprises.At the same time,help machinery manufacturing enterprises to enhance their competitive strength.
