Rapid economic and social growth and quality improvement,as well as the ongoing process of urbanisation,are this has led to a steady growth in the level of livelihood of the demographic,an expanding appetite for better healthcare delivery.With an elderly demographic,there is also a higher requirement for more hospital surroundings and accompanying healthcare infrastructure.There are a number of contingencies in the building procedure of a hospital project,such as large capital input,large scale,organization and coordination difficulties,quality problems,surrounding residents and other risk factors.This essay takes the process of construction of the new project of MY hospital as the target of investigation and identify risk factors,builds a list of risk indicators,and analyzes the risk indicators.Finally,based on the division of risks,this document recommends suitable risk control methods to reduce the likelihood of their occurrence and provides specific references to the study of similar risks in hospitals.The investigation process of this document is structured into four components.First part,the concept of theoretical elaboration,the explanation of the meaning of venture,the features of hospital establishment,and the evaluation method of constructing proxy risk.In the latter section,identification of pertinent venture element.Depending on the construction details and specific features of the newly built item in MY hospital,the construction risk factors were identified by literature analysis method,word frequency analysis method and WBS-RBS method,the risk identification list was determined,a sum of 20 risk parameters in 5 clusters was finally derived.In the thirds portion,a project mission review was undertaken.For the risk components in the inventory of risk recognition,performing qualification assessment with the hierarchy of meanings process and determine the weight value of the risk.The index power value of regulatory exposure is 0.4600,that of organizational exposure is 0.2964,that of financial exposure is 0.1234,that of technical exposure is 0.0745,and that of social exposure is 0.0457.Finally,by constructing the evaluation model of cloud theory,evaluate the risks of the items in quantitative manner.The evaluation results of the first rank of risk metrics based on the simulation of hospital program risk cloud,cloud resemblance and risk adherence:financial risk is at the high risk position,organizational risk,administrative risk and technique risk are at the intermediate risk rank,and social risk is at the lowest risk level.The integral risk of MY hospital item is at the "intermediate risk" rank.The following is the fourth component,item venture management.The significance of risk elements is delineated according to the risk appraisal findings,yielding 14 important risk features and 6 subsidiary risk features,and aggressive and feasible control solutions are proposed to reduce the emergence of risks.
