The epidemic for three years has brought a heavy blow to a large number of automobile manufacturing industries in the northeast and southwest of China.Many of these automobile manufacturing enterprises to stop production,the operation of the entire auto parts manufacturing industry has a huge impact,a variety of materials needed to import channels blocked,but also a huge impact on the entire auto parts manufacturing industry,the resulting butterfly effect needs to be paid attention to.There is a shortage of batteries,chips and related core components has not been effectively resolved,the supply chain problem is becoming increasingly serious;battery materials,plastic particles,steel,aluminum and other prices soared,so that the comprehensive production costs of the automotive industry increased significantly,the need to respond to the rise in production materials by raising prices.In this environment,Company E,as an important auto parts company,cannot be left alone and needs to keep up with the market and actively cut costs by cutting costs to ensure the sustainable development needs of Company E.Therefore,we must make the right choice and do the most important thing.Then the ERP system improvement of Company E is particularly important.Company E,as a first-class supplier of FAW-Volkswagen,Volvo,Geely Automobile,etc.,under the influence of the epidemic,this paper will analyze the operation of our ERP system for the actual situation of Company E.It is found that there are inter-departmental communication problems and problems between the ERP system modules,as well as the ERP system of Company E in the customer product delivery,internal loss,traceability and other related system questions need to be optimized.The first module is the optimization of the ERP system itself,the second module is the optimization of the ERP system application,the second module is relatively important,first is the optimization of customer satisfaction,through the order delivery and customer demand to optimize the ERP system,so as to reach the delivery of products of qualified quality,so that customer satisfaction is higher.Secondly,the optimization of collaborative communication,the difficulty of coordination among various departments,production scheduling chaos and other issues,complete the system process integrity system to optimize,again,E production cost management optimization,through the optimization of the company’s internal ERP system production process data,using data to speak,extract internal losses,analysis of all aspects of the company’s manufacturing costs,so as to reach the role of cost reduction and efficiency.To reengineer the value of E’s supply chain.Finally,the ERP system is optimized in terms of convenience,establishing multifaceted data parameters,which is more convenient for the system documents to extract data from various modules.Therefore,through the optimization of the integrated system,from the organization and personnel,information technology,multi-faceted assessment mechanism to ensure and collaborative workflow to turn the operation of the enterprise into an organic whole,helping enterprises to embark on the road of efficient use of resources and operational excellence.This paper is based on the 4C theory to study the improvement of ERP system of auto parts E company,analyze the problems faced by E company in the general environment and the optimization process,and give solutions.It provides a reference for other component companies.
