| Under the influence of the rapid expansion of e-commerce,the social demand for logistics has also increased rapidly,which has led to the birth of many logistics companies,and led to a more sophisticated logistics market.In the competition,whether the logistics service can survive and develop depends on the quality of its supply chain management service.The significance of this element has been found and valued by many logistics companies.They have tried to improve their supply chain management services in some ways.However,in order to achieve practical improvement,the company needs to have a correct grasp of its own logistics service status.Therefore,the evaluation of supply chain management service quality has become a very critical matter.It is against this background that this paper evaluates the service quality of supply chain management of M enterprise based on its actual situation,and then gives targeted optimization suggestions.On the basis of sorting out the background of the times and the logistics market environment,this study explains the background and importance of the research,collects and summarizes the existing research,and learns the theory of service quality and customer satisfaction,so as to lay a theoretical and methodological foundation for subsequent research.Furthermore,based on the SERVQUAL scale,a M enterprise supply chain management service quality evaluation index system including 5dimensions and 19 specific indicators was constructed,and the analytic hierarchy method was used to sort out and analyze the weights and scores of each index and dimension,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to carry out a comprehensive evaluation.The evaluation results show that the supply chain management service quality satisfaction of enterprise M is low,and the score of guarantee and economy is low,which is the shortcoming of supply chain management service of enterprise M.Furthermore,the problems of supply chain management services of M enterprises under five dimensions are further analyzed,and the improvement strategies of the five dimensions are proposed,and the implementation guarantee measures of the strategies are proposed from the four levels of human resources guarantee,information technology guarantee,standardized system guarantee and information and communication guarantee. |
