Transformation is the eternal theme of global energy development.In recent years,the response to climate change has steadily increased the proportion of renewable energy,and the world is entering a new round of energy transition featuring clean and low-carbon energy.Driven by both the energy revolution and the scientific and technological revolution,a new round of global energy technology innovation has entered a period of sustained high activity,and a large number of new energy industries such as photovoltaic and wind energy are developing at a faster pace.China has become the world’s largest energy producer and consumer for many years.It urgently needs technical innovation support to accelerate the development of new energy industry,preoccupy the plateau of international energy competition,and orderly realize energy transformation.The National Energy Administration has issued the 14 th Five-Year Plan for Scientific and Technological Innovation in the Energy Field and the 14 th Five-Year Plan for the Development of Renewable Energy,emphasizing the importance of technological innovation to the development of the new energy industry and the importance of the development of the new energy industry to the realization of the "double carbon" goal and high-quality development.In order to maximize the key driving role of technological innovation,it is necessary to clarify the influence,mechanism and future development path of the new energy industry between technological innovation and Chinese new energy industry.China has a wide geographical distribution,and there is a big difference between energy resource endowment and economic development level.What are the current characteristics of inter-regional technological innovation level and the development of new energy industry,and which factors are affected by it? What is the impact of technological innovation on the new energy industry? What is the mechanism and path of technological innovation to promote the development of new energy industry? These are worthy of further study.In this thesis on the basis of combing related theory,analyzes the development of new energy industry technology innovation and the characteristics of the fact,the influencing factors and the existing problems,studied the technology innovation in our country to the development of new energy industry space spillover effect and its heterogeneity,discusses the technology innovation to promote the development of new energy industry mechanism and improve path.The research content and conclusions of this thesis are as follows:First of all,this thesis analyzes the characteristics of the technological innovation of new energy industry and the development of new energy industry.The study found that the overall gap between regions in the technological innovation efficiency of China’s new energy industry fluctuates and decreases with time,while the gap between the technological innovation efficiency in the eastern region is small within the region,while the difference between the central and western regions in the region is large.The two factors of scientific research investment and economic development level have the most significant correlation with the technological innovation ability of China’s new energy industry.In the long term,these two factors are the basic factors affecting the technological innovation of China’s new energy industry;in the short term,the technological innovation ability of photovoltaic industry is significantly associated with the resource endowment,and the technological innovation ability of wind energy industry is strongly correlated with the power gap,so the local consumption of wind energy is relatively successful.China’s new energy consumption demand is strong,and the competition between provinces and enterprises in the new energy layout is intensifying.Since the beginning of the 21 st century,China has continuously improved the technological innovation and industrial development policies of the new energy industry,with obvious economic and social benefits.However,due to the natural resources endowment characteristics and traditional energy structure,new energy industry development in our country still exist some problems to be solved:unreasonable space layout,industrial agglomeration effect is not significant,some regional insufficient investment,research and development resources,insufficient policy enforcement,excessive administrative intervention,enterprise cooperation mechanism,industrial development efficiency,demonstration application is given priority to,the lack of large-scale industrialization application experience.Secondly,the spillover effect of technological innovation and its impact on the development of new energy industry are discussed.The research finds that: on the whole,technological innovation plays a significant role in promoting the development of the new energy industry.Technological innovation of photovoltaic industry can improve the efficiency,reliability and intelligence level of photovoltaic power generation system,reduce the cost,and make the industry more competitive.Technological innovations in the wind industry can improve the efficiency of wind turbines,allowing them to generate more electricity at the same wind speeds.Technological innovation in the wind energy industry can reduce the cost of wind power generation and promote the development of the industry.From the analysis of the heterogeneity of technological innovation,for the photovoltaic power generation industry,the impact of efficiency improvement technology innovation has the most significant impact.The efficiency improvement technology innovation will greatly improve the annual power generation of photovoltaic industry,and the safety promotion technology innovation will promote the promotion of industrial development.For the wind power industry,the positive effect of safety promotion technology innovation has a significant effect on the industry.From the perspective of the spillover effect of technological innovation,the spillover effect of different types of technological innovation on the two new energy industries is different.Efficiency improvement technology innovation has a significant spillover effect on the new energy industry,but the spillover effect on different industries is completely different,which is a promoting effect on the photovoltaic industry and an inhibitory effect on the wind energy industry.Thirdly,it reveals the influence mechanism of technological innovation affecting the development of new energy industry.It is found that the first,through the introduction of new technologies,regulate and limit the consumption and supply of fossil energy,and increasing the market share of new energy industry,it can promote the development of new energy industry,and can reduce the cost of energy enterprises,optimize the management process and improve the production efficiency,and promote the development of new energy products and promote the development of new energy industry.Third,technological innovation can induce the increase of demand,so as to improve the market scale,and then promote the rapid development of the new energy industry.In addition,this thesis further tests the mechanism of action and found that the three mechanisms of action have significant spatial non-linear effects on the development of the new energy industry,that is,the non-linear relationship between the mechanism of action will affect the sustainable development of technological innovation on the new energy industry.Fourthly,based on the perspective of conditional combination state,it reveals the influence path of technological innovation driving the development of new energy enterprises and then promoting the industrial development.Study found that promote the development of new energy enterprises need financial input of science and technology activities,science and technology activities,scientific and technological achievements output and government subsidies,enterprise high level development has five conditions,can be roughly divided into two categories influence path,one is the government subsidies for the leading type to promote enterprise high level development,the second is science and technology activities financial input-scientific and technological achievements output leading promote enterprise high level development,and promote the development of new energy industry high level.At the same time,the influence path of the low level development of enterprises is analyzed,and it is found that the path is not the conditional "non" set of the high level development path of enterprises,indicating the asymmetry of the empirical results of qualitative comparative analysis.According to the enterprise location will sample further divided,to explore the influence path of spatial heterogeneity,found the influence of different regions is different,the influence of the development of new energy enterprise in eastern path for science and technology activities manpower-government subsidies resources into dominant and science and technology activities,the central influence path for government subsidies and science and technology activities manpower into two types,and the western region need four conditions combination together to achieve high level development.The innovations of this dissertation are follows:First of all,the analytical framework of the relationship between technological innovation and the development of new energy industry is constructed,and qualitative and quantitative characteristic factual analysis is conducted.The nonlinear Granger test model is used to test the relationship between technological innovation and the development of the new energy industry,and the achievements and problems of the new energy technology innovation and the development of the new energy industry are summarized.Considering the spatial spillover effect of technological innovation,this thesis cites the spatial measurement SDM model to analyze the impact of the new energy industry,which improves the accuracy of the measurement results.According to the characteristics of the new energy industry,the influence mechanism on the new energy industry is discussed from three technology types: efficiency improvement,safety improvement and cost reduction.The spatial spillover characteristics of technological innovation reveals the heterogeneity of different technological innovation on the development of new energy industry.Although the technological innovation and the development of the new energy industry have been highly concerned by some scholars,there are still few studies from the perspective of the relationship between technological innovation and the development of the new energy industry and the perspective of time and space heterogeneity.Secondly,considering the representativeness of mechanism variables and the scientific nature of the test,this thesis selects mechanism variables such as environmental regulation,production efficiency and market size to discuss the influence mechanism of technological innovation on the development of new energy industry from macro,meso and micro perspectives respectively.From the perspective of environmental regulation,production efficiency and market size,the research on the mechanism of the influence of technological innovation on the development of new energy industry,and on the non-linear influence mechanism such as possible space and threshold.Given the intermediary effect of excessive identification and "false mechanism" defects,this thesis draw lessons from the relevant research results of scholars at home and abroad,with mechanism variables are explained variable test mechanism for the development of new energy industry technology innovation,from the multidimensional,multiple method test technology innovation for the development of new energy industry mechanism and possible space,the threshold.Thirdly,based on the perspective of the conditional combination state and the highlevel development of enterprises,the path and regional differences of technological innovation to promote the development of new energy enterprises and then promote the development of new energy industry are studied.There are few studies on the influencing factors of the development of new energy enterprises,the core force of technological innovation driving the new energy industry and the influence path difference between regions.In order to make up for the above research gap,this thesis explores the influence path of technological innovation to drive the development of new energy enterprises and then promote the development of new energy industry,and reveals the differences in the influence path between different regions.The research results show that the influence path of technological innovation to promote the new energy industry mainly includes two types of condition configuration: financial input of scientific and technological activities-output leading of scientific and technological achievements and government subsidy leading,but the path of technological innovation in the eastern,central and western regions to promote the development of new energy enterprises and then promote the development of new energy industry is heterogeneous. |
