Value Discrimination And Design Strategy Research Of Urban Industrial Relics From The Perspective Of Heritage Group Protection

As society re-understood the historical,cultural and social values of industrial relics,people began to attach importance to the value of Industrial relics-industrial relic is also a special cultural resource and an important historical heritage of the city.The preservation and reuse of industrial relics not only contributes to the development of cities,but also to the shaping of the spirit of the site and the local context.Current research on the updating of industrial heritage protection has achieved some results,and the perspective of heritage conservation focuses on and explores the structure and intrinsic interrelationship of the industry heritage groups,which has a relatively important application value for promoting the protection and renewal of urban industrial relics.This study first built on the basis of literary research the theoretical and analytical framework for the analysis of urban industrial relics from the perspective of the heritage group to promote the association between the elements of the relics group;and then use the Fukushima Matte Shipping Heritage Group as the research object,analyze its point,group,group’s community structure,and study the internal links of the three,and then in the community system related perspective to analyze the value of relics at various levels,explore the problem of the presence in the conservation and reuse of the legacy,and propose a design strategy for promoting the protection of heritage groups at the three levels.The main conclusions of this study include:(1)The correlation between the points,groups and groups of Mawei ship administration site group is not close enough,and the protection and renewal of each level need to make relevant plans according to the attributes of industrial properties and site groups to guide the renewal of industrial buildings.The perspective of heritage group protection has reference significance for the protection of ship administration remains;(2)Analyzed the ship administration from the perspective of heritage group protection,obtained the value composition of different levels of heritage,found the value limitation problem,and put forward the corresponding measures;According to their value convergence,social background,bearing functions,etc.,the remains can be divided into four groups.On the surface of the evaluation and research,the ship administration cultural heritage should further highlight the historical value,the industrial manufacturing heritage should highlight the scientific and technological value,the coastal defense cultural heritage should highlight the spiritual value,and the cultural landscape heritage should highlight the cultural value.Put forward the value enhancement strategy accordingly;(3)From the perspective of heritage group protection,relevant design strategies proposed for horsetail ship administration may help horsetail ship administration to protect and reuse more effectively at the three levels of point,group and group,better reflect the three relationships of collaboration,symbiosis and succession,and play a better role in promoting the overall linkage,functional optimization and adaptation,spatial element recognition,urban memory continuation and other aspects.
