| At present,China’s home appliance industry continues to suffer from low profit margins against the backdrop of rising average prices.This is due to the nature of the appliance industry and the entry of "amateur" competitors.But more than that,it is due to the failure of companies to focus on and adapt their financial strategies to different dilemmas.In this context,it is essential to develop a suitable financial strategy to improve the utilisation of resources and to ensure that value is added to the business.In addition,many companies lack the knowledge of the life cycle,and in the process of development,blind self-confidence has accelerated the decline of the company.Therefore,it is necessary to study the development of financial strategies in the context of the life cycle of an enterprise.In this paper,HSHC is selected to study the financial strategy of HSHC based on a life cycle perspective.The paper uses the cash flow portfolio method and the sales revenue trend method to determine that HSHC is currently in a mature stage.Based on this,a comprehensive analysis of the financial strategy matrix and specific analyses of the investment strategy,financing strategy,operating strategy and dividend distribution strategy are used to identify the problems of conservative management and biased financing in the current financial strategy of HSHC.To address the problems of HSHC’s financial strategy,this paper proposes corresponding suggestions for optimisation: broaden financing channels to optimise capital structure,control the scale of debt,absorb more government subsidies;increase internal investment and investment in R&D,optimise investment plans to improve return on investment,broaden overseas markets to find new growth points,increase investment in digitalisation and intelligence;improve capital utilisation,asset turnover and The company has also chosen a moderate dividend distribution policy,optimised its shareholding structure to focus on small and medium-sized shareholders,and established a scientific incentive system for improvement.It is hoped that the analysis of this paper can not only further improve the research on financial strategy optimization from the perspective of life cycle of HSHC companies,help them improve their operation and management capabilities,but also provide important reference significance for the optimization of financial strategies of similar enterprises. |
