Nowadays,the aging of the population is becoming more and more serious.Poor sleep over a long period of time can lead to health problems such as metabolic imbalances,cardiovascular disease and respiratory problems.Based on this background,this study analyzes the sleep needs of middle-aged and elderly people,builds an analysis model based on the sleep health data collected by monitoring,develops a sleep monitoring system for middle-aged and elderly people to use at home,builds a physical model combined with the sleep monitoring system,and verifies the feasibility of the sleep monitoring system through experimental tests.It specifically includes the following research results:(1)User research: This paper analyzes the influencing factors of sleep quality of middle-aged and elderly people aged 50 years and above in the community,carries out random sampling in the community,and evaluates the sleep quality of middle-aged and elderly people through the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index.As a small sample survey based on middle-aged and elderly residents in the community,the survey results reflect the overall poor sleep quality of middle-aged and elderly people over 50 years old in the community.The influencing factors of sleep quality were analyzed and sleep monitoring indexes were established based on the influencing factors.(2)Monitoring system structure design: The evaluation matrix of sleep monitoring index was established by using analytic hierarchy process,and the weight ranking of each sleep monitoring index was obtained by means of user evaluation,from which the sleep-related physiological index and environmental index monitored by the sleep monitoring system were established.Then,the technical realization methods of each sleep monitoring index were analyzed,three structural implementation schemes of sleep monitoring system were obtained,and the optimal structural scheme was established by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.Further,the FBS model is used to map each monitoring index in the system to the corresponding sensor module one by one,to establish the presentation mode of each sensor module in the sleep monitoring system,and finally to establish the acceleration sensor,photoelectric heart rate sensor,microphone and electronic temperature and humidity sensor to realize the monitoring of sleep related physiological indicators and environmental indicators.(3)System model design: The hardware and software of the body motion monitoring module,breathing monitoring module,heart rate monitoring module and environmental monitoring module are designed.Through testing,it is verified that the designed sleep monitoring system can realize the collection of sleep data and the analysis of single sleep data,which proves the feasibility of the scheme.(4)TOPSIS — Grey correlation analysis model design: In order to facilitate users to understand their overall sleep quality,TOPSIS-grey correlation analysis model was constructed to judge sleep quality by analyzing the relationship between users’ sleep data value curve and ideal sleep data value curve.The feasibility of the constructed analysis model was proved after a week’s sleep monitoring data test,which helps users to objectively understand their overall sleep quality.(5)User interface design: After the design of the sleep monitoring system is completed,the interactive end of the system is designed to visually present the monitoring data obtained by the sleep monitoring system to users in the form of visual charts,so as to improve the interactive experience of the whole sleep monitoring system.The innovations of this study are as follows:(1)The sleep status of the middle-aged and elderly groups in the community was investigated and analyzed,and the monitoring indicators of the sleep monitoring system were established by analyzing the influencing factors of their sleep quality.Based on this,the structural framework of the sleep monitoring system suitable for home use was designed.The designed sleep monitoring system has a certain degree of accuracy on the premise of satisfying the comfort of use.It can realize convenient sleep status monitoring in the home sleep environment and meet the sleep health needs of middle-aged and elderly people.(2)The traditional TOPSIS grey correlation analysis model is improved,and the improved model constructed can comprehensively evaluate various sleep data collected by the sleep monitoring system,so as to analyze the overall sleep quality of users.In conclusion,the sleep monitoring system designed in this study is convenient for middle-aged and elderly users to carry out convenient sleep health monitoring in the home environment,which is conducive to their understanding of their own sleep health status.
