With the rapid development of society and technology,the application scope of intelligent monitoring system platforms is becoming more and more extensive.In fields such as transportation,smart construction sites,smart homes,and healthcare,this technology application is relatively mature.Especially in the field of intelligent transportation,intelligent monitoring systems have become important tools for traffic management.However,there is relatively little research on urban explosion safety.Therefore,designing and implementing a video surveillance management system for intelligent recognition of urban road fire and explosion accidents has significant practical significance.This article designs and implements a video surveillance management system platform for intelligent recognition of urban road fire and explosion accidents.The specific work includes research on recognition algorithms,system platform design,platform implementation,and application.Through these efforts,this article provides an efficient,accurate,and reliable system platform for urban management departments and provides strong support for urban safety.The work of this paper includes:(1)A general scheme for a video monitoring management system aimed at intelligent identification of urban road fire and explosion accidents has been proposed.The system consists of a system management layer,a data acquisition layer,a data storage layer,an intelligent analysis layer,a system service layer,and a system visualization layer.Its functions include system login,camera equipment management,real-time monitoring video playback,electronic map display,warning message and driver information management,and intelligent detection and analysis.(2)Research has been conducted on the intelligent detection method for fire and explosion accidents of explosive transport vehicles in the intelligent detection and analysis function.The YOLOv5 algorithm has been improved and optimized to improve the detection accuracy of identifying fire and explosion accidents of explosive transport vehicles.(3)A software and hardware interconnection scheme for the video monitoring management system,cameras,and intelligent boxes has been designed,and a video monitoring management system aimed at intelligent identification of urban road fire and explosion accidents has been established.The system uses streaming media services,the Spring Boot framework,and visualization technologies to implement the functions of each layer of the system.The system can collect and intelligently analyze real-time video streams and provide real-time warning and emergency rescue alarm services.
