Research On The Coupling And Coordination Of Characteristic Towns And Their Characteristic Industries

Since the practice of characteristic towns was officially launched in Zhejiang in2015,relevant researches on characteristic towns have covered a wide range of fields,including new urbanization,small town construction,rural revitalization,urban-rural integration,industrial development and other aspects.In particular,it is about the integration of industry and city in characteristic towns,development of characteristic towns of different industrial types,characteristic towns and new urbanization construction,rural revitalization and coordinated development of urban and rural areas,etc^[1].Since the report of the 19th CPC National Congress put forward high-quality development,the high-quality development of characteristic towns has attracted the attention of scholars.The development of characteristic towns is driven by characteristic industries.However,due to the inaccurate positioning of characteristic industries,blind reference is made in the development process of towns and industries,and there are shortcomings such as serious supply homogeneity.In order to solve the shortage of resource spatial scheduling supply in small towns effectively,the development bottleneck of characteristic towns should be broken through innovative development or transformation and upgrading.Similarly,the development of characteristic industries is based on the characteristic town itself,and the town plays a backing role for the industrial development,providing more possibilities for the development of characteristic industries.Therefore,the high-quality development of characteristic towns depends on the good interaction between characteristic towns and characteristic industries,that is,they can promote each other and develop together.This interaction is defined in this paper as the degree of coupling and coordination between characteristic towns and characteristic industries.Therefore,it is of great significance to analyze the relationship between characteristic towns and characteristic industries,reveal the degree of coupling and coordination between characteristic towns and characteristic industries,and promote the high-quality development of characteristic towns.First of all,this paper systematically combs the relevant research results of the characteristic town and the characteristic industry,and theoretically analyzes the interactive relationship between the characteristic town and its characteristic industry,based on the system coupling coordination theory,this paper establishes the coupling coordination degree model,selects the characteristic town system and the characteristic industry system index through the literature analysis,and determines the characteristic town and the characteristic industry evaluation weight by the AHP-entropy weight method,at the same time,in order to ensure the stable selection of data,the co-integration test is carried out,on this basis,the coupling coordination degree analysis is carried out,and finally some suggestions on the coordinated development of characteristic towns and their characteristic industries are put forward.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:firstly,the evaluation values of the first 37 towns show an upward trend in the past 6 years,but the ranking of some towns fluctuates obviously;According to the classification of coupling degree and coordination degree,the coupling stage and coordination degree develop from low-level coupling to high-level coupling and from imbalance to coordination,it moves from three quadrants to two quadrants with time,that is,from low coupling and low coordination to high coupling and high coordination,from dispersion to agglomeration.
