Against the background of aging, the health problems of the elderly population are becoming more and more prominent. With the vigorous development of IOT technology and the continuous improvement of medical level, the concept of home health management has gradually emerged, and the digital and intelligent services provided by it have become a new way to solve the health problems of the elderly. However,in the era of information technology, health management systems do not have clear audience segmentation in terms of functional content, information specification and interaction mode, and rarely consider the special needs of elderly groups, which leads to negative psychology and negative willingness to use by elderly people whose body functions are already degraded due to fear of technology. Therefore, providing a user-friendly interactive interface and easy-to-understand operation content is an urgent problem for home health management systems, and it is also very important to promote the practical application of home health management systems. In this study,to enhance the user experience of the family health management system,an influence factor model based on UTAUT theory is proposed to conduct a hypothetical study of behavioral intention in five aspects: performance expectation, effort expectation, perceived risk, social influence, and convenience of the system. The above influencing factors were verified by statistical analysis method and structural equation modeling, and it was found that performance expectation, effort expectation, social influence, and convenience had significant effects on the behavioral willingness of the elderly, while perceived risk had no effect in this study of information systems.Accordingly, the functional needs of users were determined from four aspects of information-based functions,application-based functions, special functions, and advanced functions according to performance expectations, the interface operation needs of users were inspected from three aspects of semantic understanding, process operation, and technology use according to effort expectations, the emotional needs of users were understood from two aspects of subjective norms and application scenarios according to social influence, and the training guidance, technical support, and specification adaptation according to convenience conditions We analyze users’ service needs in three aspects, and combine the five elements model of user experience to form an experience design strategy for the family health management system based on users’ needs.Thereafter, using the user experience element hierarchy as a practical guide, the different needs of elderly users are guided in stages of design according to the strategy, scope, structure, framework, and performance layers, and prototype testing and comprehensive evaluation of the solution are conducted using the After-Scenario Questionnaire(ASQ)and System Usability Scale(SUS)for the two stages of design in progress and design completion, respectively. Finally,a new direction of future home health management system is envisioned to provide more convenient medical care services and emotional care for the aging society.
