| The fishery complementary photovoltaic project refers to the combination of fishery breeding and photovoltaic power generation.A photovoltaic panel array is erected above the water surface of the fish pond,and fish and shrimp farming can be carried out in the water area below the photovoltaic panel.The fishery complementary photovoltaic project can not only realize the cross –border integration of China’s clean energy and aquaculture transformation and upgra ding,but also enhance the economic value per unit land area and realize the composite utilization of land.The fish light complementary photovoltaic project directly promotes the transformation and upgrading of China’s aquaculture,accelerates the pace of China’s energy structure adjustment,and provides a new path for China’s sustainable economic growth and green development.However,in the current literature research,a complete theoretical system has not been formed for the research on the location decision of the fish light complementary photovoltaic project,which is not conducive to the comprehensive benefits of the fish light complementary photovoltaic project.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out systematic research.Firstly,this paper describes the research background and significance of the location of the fishery complementary photovoltaic project,the research status of the fishery complementary photovoltaic project and the location decision of the photovoltaic project,the research content and technical path of the paper.Then,it expounds the relevant theoretical basis of the fishery complementary photovoltaic project,including the type of the fishery complementary photovoltaic project,the development status of the fishery complementary photovoltaic project,the external environment for the location of the fishery complementary photovoltaic project,the location principles of the fishery complementary photovoltaic project,and the decision–making method for the location of the project.Then,it expounds the design idea of the site selection decision-making index system,analyzes the general influencing factors of the site selection of photovoltaic projects,and combines the special influencing factors of the site selection of the fish ery complementary photovoltaic projects.Finally,it constructs the site selection decision–-making index system of the fishery complementary photovoltaic projects from seven aspects:resource climate conditions,economic conditions,policy conditions,geographi cal and geological conditions,hydrological and atmospheric conditions,social conditions and environmental impact.Then,this paper constructs a comprehensive evaluation model for the location decision–-making of the fishery complementary photovoltaic project.The specific contents include the overview of analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.Based on the calculation of the index weight of analytic hierarchy process,this paper constructs a comprehensive evaluation model based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.Finally,this paper carries out an example analysis to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the model.Using the above index system and location decision-making method,this paper studies the location decision–making of 20 MW fishery complementary photovoltaic project in a certain area and put forward countermeasures and suggestions for the problems existing in the site selection of the project.Through the case study of the fishery complementary photovoltaic project,it shows that the model constructed in this paper is feasible... |
