Abstract/Summary:
In the early urbanization process of China,the disorderly expansion of urban planning and construction land has led to a series of ecological problems such as heat island effect,landscape fragmentation and biodiversity loss,as well as the frequent occurrence of global warming and extreme weather.The increasing disaster risk of cities has highlighted the vulnerability of cities,and cities and nature cannot quickly repair themselves.In the face of such a situation and in line with the development trend of China’s urbanization,this study aims to build green infrastructure with disaster adaptability and make it have a perfect evaluation system to ensure the resilience of cities.The concept of sustainable development and resilient city is integrated into the construction of green infrastructure.As a natural life support system for cities and regions,green infrastructure connects and interconnects various land resources,restores and improves the natural resource system,and forms high-quality low-carbon landscape to meet people’s needs in a sustainable way.Through literature research method,fuzzy Delphi method,analytic hierarchy process and other research methods,the evaluation system of green infrastructure under the concept of resilient city is established and improved,and the weight value of each factor is statistically analyzed,so as to know the important part in the whole life cycle of urban green infrastructure construction.On this basis,in order to verify the feasibility of the evaluation system,the Nanshan Water Bank Project of Nanshan Cultural Park in Zhangzhou City,Fujian Province,which is affected by typhoons,rainstorms and other natural disasters,is selected as the base.After analyzing the current situation of the site,the planning and design are carried out.The design concept is mainly based on items with higher weight value of evaluation factors of green infrastructure engineering system.It puts forward high-quality disaster mitigation landscape design strategies for green infrastructure,so as to make the city and nature develop sustainably,and provides suggestions for the construction of green infrastructure in the future.
