| Nowadays,tank protection is developing rapidly,and the means of destroying tank targets are increasing,while the damage assessment is becoming more and more accurate,with more emphasis on the damage effect of different damage elements or multiple damage elements on tank armour targets.Traditional kinetic energy munitions rely on their own kinetic energy to destroy tanks,and the impact vibration generated by high speed impacts on the interior of tanks is not well researched while kinetic energy kills are being studied.This paper takes a typical tank as the research object,uses the impact vibration generated by the high-speed impact of kinetic energy bullets as the damage element,uses the finite element simulation method to analyse the impact vibration of target plates and tank targets under different working conditions,analyses the impact environment inside the tank and the damage assessment of the impact vibration on the personnel inside the tank,and provides reference for the damage assessment and effective protection of tank armour targets.Firstly,based on a typical tank vulnerability analysis,a tank target destruction tree under the action of shock vibration is built and key components are identified.Secondly,based on the principle of high-speed impact,the numerical simulation study of kinetic energy bombs on different types of impacting target plates was carried out,and based on the propagation law of stress waves,the propagation and decay law of stress generated by impacting different target plates was derived,as well as the change law of acceleration generated by the impact,and the comprehensive comparison of different types of armour showed that the decay rate of acceleration is faster than stress in the same propagation range.Finally,numerical simulations are carried out for three typical locations of kinetic energy projectile impacts on tanks,and the impact response of the tank turret compartment and cockpit is analysed by combining the propagation and decay laws of stress and acceleration in the armoured target plate and tank,and the impact acceleration of each personnel target after the tank is impacted is obtained,and the damage to the tank is assessed based on the damage to the personnel.The results show that when the kinetic projectile impacted the turret side armour with a kinetic energy of1.25×10~4KJ,all three occupants of the turret compartment were damaged to varying degrees,with a damage rating of P;On impact with the side armour of the vehicle,when the kinetic energy of the projectile reaches 1.01×10~4KJ,the gun captain and the vehicle captain in the turret compartment are slightly damaged,with a damage rating of F.When the kinetic energy of the impact reaches 1.25×10~4KJ,the three occupants of the turret compartment are damaged to varying degrees,with a damage rating of P;Upon impact with the head of the vehicle,the driver was injured to varying degrees with a kinetic energy of 8×10~3KJ and above,all with a damage rating of M. |
