In this thesis, the following two aspects of researches are performed about the acceleration on-board memory test in high g shock. First, the on-board electron apparatus (such as on-board test circuit module) and its mitigation protection technology; Second, the study on the Battery of anti-high overload characteristics.The aims of this paper are to research the failure mechanism of the on-board memory acceleration test equipment in high shock, and high non-linear shock mitigation mechanism,the measurements for anti-high shock., buffering properties of buffer materials, battery at high g values of the impact of the output characteristics and failure mechanism, All studies will improve the survival-abilities of test equipment in harsh environments and the ratio of obtaining datum. Having been searched abroad the related documents, the methods such as theoretical analysis,laboratory and field test are adopted to investigate the issues in question:(1)Systematically discussed the air gun experimental apparatus and characteristics of the working principle and the corresponding experimental methods. The use of air guns and acceleration testing device determined the collision of steel vs mat recovery coefficient, discussed the physical meaning of restitution coefficient and collision theory using elementary analysis of the air gun collision process of conservation of momentum and energy distribution.(2)For the high g shock environment of on-board memory acceleration test equipment, the paper have put forward anti-high shock design measures about circuit modulus, including the super non-linear shock mitigation mechanism researches, the mitigation material selection, and buffers design. The effects of different density, different bubble diameter aluminum, different density, different thickness of quartz sand and rubber, nylon, polyurethane-like materials such as polymer foam cushioning energy absorption characteristics, the use of their module buffer circuit protection.(3) The battery was impacted of more than 100000g acceleration with Hopkinson bar,the battery of anti-impact properties of high g values were studied. Discussion of the battery at higher than the impact of the environment is contained under the failure mechanism and proposed a high-impact storage battery test protective measures.Adopted the conclusions in the paper, the on-board memory acceleration test equipment have been considered in according to anti-high shock design, and several field test have been done. The result shows that the equipment's survival-ability in harsh environments is enhanced, and the ratio of obtaining datum have been improved.
