| The warhead is one of the most widely used warheads in air defense missiles.The main mechanism is that high-temperature and high-pressure detonation products are produced by explosive explosion,and the products act on the shell to rupture and produce high-speed fragments with damaging ability to kill the target.The structure,material and charge type all have certain influence on its killing power.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the killing effect of warhead under different models to improve the killing performance of killing warhead.Based on LS-DYNA finite element software,this paper comprehensively studies the influence of structural differences and material differences on the initial velocity,flying state and killing power parameters of prefabricated fragments,which provides a certain basis for warhead design and fragment material selection in the future.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)By constructing the finite element models of three kinds of prefabricated fragments warhead with different structures: built-in single-layer warhead,external single-layer warhead and external double-layer warhead,the finite element simulation is carried out by using dynamic simulation analysis,and the initial velocity,flying state and killing power parameters of fragments are obtained by processing and calculating the simulation results through post-processing software.By comparing the data of prefabricated fragments with different structures,the influence of structural parameters on the initial velocity,flying state and killing power parameters of prefabricated fragments is analyzed.(2)The detonation process of fragments warhead made of ceramic,steel and tungsten alloy is simulated,and the relative data of initial velocity,scattering state and killing power parameters of fragments made of different materials are compared.It is found that the scattering state of fragments made of three materials is basically the same,and the killing power parameters of tungsten fragments are better than those of other two materials,but the initial velocity of fragments is opposite.(3)According to the initial velocity of different materials’ prefabricated fragments warhead,the velocity attenuation velocity of different materials’ prefabricated fragments in the air is calculated by the velocity attenuation formula,which is used as the penetration velocity of the target plate.Numerical simulation is carried out on the model of fragments penetrating the target plate,and the simulation results are analyzed.It is found that the damage effect of tungsten fragments penetrating the target plate and the storage speed of fragments are better than the other two materials. |
