With the frequent occurrence of building collapse events caused by human factors and natural factors such as earthquakes,how to effectively reduce the impact of building collapse,maintain the structural safety of buildings,and reduce the casualties and property losses caused by the collapse of buildings has become a key issue of people’s livelihood.This paper mainly focuses on monitoring the safety of buildings,proposes a monitoring system based on wireless sensor network technology applied to simulation model and physical frame model,and applies fuzzy control algorithm to study the effect of earthquake resistance and damping,which provides a theoretical basis for its subsequent safety early warning mechanism.The main work of this thesis is as follows:(1)The principle and application of wireless sensor network technology and fuzzy control algorithm are introduced,and the application of wireless sensor network technology to building safety monitoring is analyzed and compared,which provides a theoretical basis for the subsequent building safety monitoring system.(2)Using Open SEES software,ETABS software,and ETO software program to conduct simulation analysis and establish numerical models of the building.A simulation building model with 11 floors is established through software programs,and a physical model is also constructed and installed with tilt sensors to collect data.Fuzzy control algorithm is applied to process and optimize the corresponding data in the sensors.(3)The displacement and velocity outputs of the numerical model of the building are used to calculate the voltage required by the magneto-rheological dampers through a fuzzy control algorithm.This allows the magneto-rheological dampers to output controlled forces that can stabilize and provide safety feedback to the building structure,resulting in an evaluation of the seismic mitigation effectiveness of the building safety monitoring system under both uncontrolled and fuzzy control states.
