| Energy storage is one of the key technologies to promote the efficient use of renewable energy,and it is important to improve the flexibility of power system operation.Shared energy storage has attracted wide attention because of its functions of improving energy storage utilization rate and reducing total cost,but it faces many challenges such as technology and economy.Studying the operation mode and economic evaluation method of shared energy storage is conducive to promoting the development of shared energy storage.The application potential of shared energy storage can be well developed through operation control,service pricing and evaluation selection.The paper analyzes the operation system including 3 subjects of shared energy storage plants,users and operators,and studies the shared energy storage operation mode with sub-regional operation.Each region has an operator,which coordinates and controls the shared energy storage plants and users in the region.The paper analyzes the process of shared energy storage operation control based on multiple subjects,the process of shared energy storage service pricing based on the Nash bargaining model,and the process of shared energy storage evaluation selection based on the economic evaluation method.And the research results of shared energy storage operation control,shared energy storage service pricing and shared energy storage evaluation selection are presented in the form of software interfaces.Firstly,the process of shared energy storage operation control based on multiple subjects is studied.With the objective of minimizing the total cost,a shared energy storage operation control model is established,and the non-linear constraints are linearized by the Big-M method to obtain the charging and discharging behaviors of the shared energy storage plants,users and operators,and to obtain the investment cost of shared energy storage plants,the operation and maintenance cost of shared energy storage plants,the power purchase cost of shared energy storage plants from the grid,the power purchase cost of users from the grid and the operation cost of operators.Through the sensitivity analysis of some uncertain factors to the total cost,the factors that should be paid more attention to in order to reduce the total cost are obtained.Then,the process of shared energy storage service pricing based on the Nash bargaining model is studied.A Nash bargaining model is established to price the leasing fees of shared energy storage plants,which is solved by the alternating directions method of multipliers.Consider the investment cost of shared energy storage plants for revenue redistribution,and obtain the final revenue of shared energy storage plants and the final revenue of users.Through the sensitivity analysis of some uncertain factors to the final revenue of shared energy storage plants and the final revenue of users,the factors that shared energy storage plants and users should pay more attention to in order to increase the final revenue are obtained.Finally,the process of shared energy storage evaluation selection based on the economic evaluation method is studied.The shared energy storage evaluation index system is established considering the parameters of the shared energy storage plants,the economic situation of the shared energy storage plants and the economic situation of the users,and the CRITIC weighting method and VIKOR method are used to evaluate different schemes for the types of shared energy storage plants and provide reference for selecting the appropriate types of shared energy storage plants. |
