It is an important goal of the electric power system to realize the efficient operation of the distribution network, so it is of great theoretical and practical significance to evaluate the economic operation of the power system. With the development of electric power reform, electric power enterprises pay more attention to the improvement of the economic operation level of the power grid in order to pursue higher economic benefits.To make the evaluation and analysis on the economical operation status of the distribution network, not only can examine the existing distribution network conditions, but also can find the weak link in the operation of the power grid. For distribution network operation,planning, reducing loss and saving energy it has important practical significance. To this end, this paper focuses on the evaluation of the economic operation of distribution network, the main work is as follows:First, a reasonable distribution network economic operation evaluation index system is established, and interval analytic hierarchy analysis method is improved using the rule of maximum entropy. More objective and reasonable weight determination method for distribution network economic operation evaluation index is proposed.Secondly, in view of the uncertainty of the index data in the evaluation process of the economic operation of distribution network, a dynamic comprehensive evaluation model of distribution network economic operation is established based on the interval extension theory. Calculating correlation using interval correlation function of the distribution to each evaluation grade, and evaluating the distribution network economic operation according to the principle of maximum degree principle, At the same time, the minimum variance method is introduced to make the model dynamic, and the evaluation values of the power grid in each period are combinated. The final dynamic evaluation value can be obtained.Then aiming at the problem of fuzziness and randomness of classification boundary information in the comprehensive evaluation of the economic operation of the power distribution network, a comprehensive evaluation model based on the extended cloudmodel is proposed. It combines the advantage of quantitative and qualitative analysis in extenics matter element theory and the characteristics of cloud model to deal with double uncertainty. First establish standard limits extension cloud model of each grade division and calculate correlation degree between evaluation matter element and the established extension cloud model.Finally get the comprehensive evaluation vector of matter-element to be assessed, and the level of economic operation of distribution network is determined.Finally, based on the extension cloud evaluation model of economic operation of the distribution network, a sensitivity analysis method for index value and index weight is proposed. The concepts of boundary index value, boundary index weight and sensitivity interval length are definited and the formulas are deduced. The principle and method of sensitivity analysis of index value and index weight of economic operation evaluation result of distribution network are given. It can provide the order of improvement and stability of evaluation results for decision makers.
