No.1 central document has always anchored rural revitalization and protection of traditional villages for many years.Achieving long-term and stable development of millions of villages based on the farming system. The core key is to manage frequent floods and droughts with an economic and scientific model.Compared to warm and humid regions, villages in cold regions face three kinds of unique disasters of drought, flood, and snow, and it has condensed a set of low-cost,low-tech,low-maintenance ecological wisdom inspired water governance practices spatial pattern for thousands of years with significant regional characteristics and advantages, and it is urgently needed for quantitative analysis and modern translation. This paper first introduces spectral interpretation into the traditional village research of urban and rural planning discipline, and points out the huge advantages of applying multispectral technology to the traditional village spatial pattern extraction research by summarizing the methods and limitations of traditional pattern extraction research using literature review.Analyze the characteristics of cold regions and their unique water governance practices and waterproofing needs. On the basis of qualitative summary of the eight strategies for ecological water governance practices space in cold regions,Couple multispectral technology with three-dimensional photogrammetry technology to conduct spatial analysis of ecological water governance and quantitative analysis of rainfall runoff, quantifying village site selection, diversion and storage, and infiltration wisdom from macro, medium, and micro levels.Secondly this paper selects the typical villages of cold flat prototype and mountain bottom ecological water governance practices-Sanjiazi Village,Heilongjiang Province, and Jinjiang Muwu Village,Jilin Province as examples conduct visualization research and quantitatively extract patterns. At the macro site selection level, starting from the terrain and vegetation, through GIS terrain analysis and hydrological simulation analysis, the site selection strategies for its migration and protection are summarized, and the impact of terrain elevation, slope and aspect on the rainfall and flood situation is quantified. At the medium level, starting from the threedimensional digital model, quantify the operation of various water governance facilities such as drainage and storage ditches, lakes and ponds, and roads through inundation simulation and farmland layout analysis. At the micro infiltration level, digitally strip the underlying surfaces of village vegetation, water bodies, and ground paving, and calculate their drainage and storage capacity separately, and quantify the contribution of different village underlying surface conditions to runoff reduction. Finally,a detailed map and control indicators of the ecological water governance practices spatial model in villages that form the characteristics of cold regions are summarized, and compared with modern sponge construction concepts and practices to verify their scientificity, propose optimization strategies, and carry out practical applications. It is expected to explore the applicability of the spectral interpretation and pattern extraction methods for the digital construction of traditional villages, and provide inspiration for the real-time and accurate survey of territorial space, the construction of realistic 3D China, the construction of cities and low-carbon cities in the future. |
